Pancake snack cake

Ingredients

Pancake dough: eggs 4 things.
milk 1 tbsp.
flour 0.5 tbsp.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
For the filling: mushrooms 200 g
fried minced meat 300 g
hard cheese 150 g
boiled eggs 2 pcs
milk 1 tbsp.
flour 2 tbsp. l.
butter 2 tbsp. l.
salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Bake seven pancakes from the dough. The diameter of the pan is 20-21 cm. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry until tender, add salt. Fry flour in butter until golden brown and, gradually pouring in milk, dilute thick "porridge", add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Mix minced meat with finely chopped eggs, salt and pepper. Grease pancakes: 1- mushroom filling; 2- a layer of grated cheese; 3-layer of minced meat; 4- a layer of mushroom filling and so on until the last pancake. Grease the last pancake with mushroom filling, sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the cake in a hot oven for 5-10 minutes. Cut and serve the finished cake. Better, if the meat filling is mixed with mayonnaise, because it is dry and can spill out when cutting. I always make more fillings than according to the recipe.
