Sea Pebbles Salad

Ingredients

Boiled beans 1 tbsp.
Canned seaweed
(I replaced it with pink salmon in oil)
1 b.
Medium apples 2 pcs.
Boiled rice 1 tbsp.
Hard boiled eggs 2 pcs.
Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise
A clove of garlic
(did not give garlic)

Cooking method

  • Lay the salad in layers in a deep salad bowl.
  • 1 layer: beans;
  • 2nd layer: eggs, grated or finely chopped;
  • 3rd layer: seaweed without liquid;
  • 4th layer: boiled rice;
  • 5th layer: apples, peeled and grated;
  • 6 layer: grated cheese.
  • Squeeze the garlic into mayonnaise through a press and grease each layer. Let the salad soak (it is better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight). Decorate as desired.

Somewhat non-standard composition of the salad. And that's what interested)
Out of curiosity, I made two options - with seaweed and with baked pink salmon. I took canned beans. And she didn't miss - the residual liquid from the beans made it possible to use a minimum of mayonnaise.
Both are good! The apple softens the taste of seaweed, makes it less harsh. And an apple with pink salmon is already a classic)
And then I took and destroyed this buffet aesthetics by combining both glasses in a large salad bowl)))) And knows what? It turned out to be a completely different salad - even tastier than the previous ones) So I take it with gratitude!
