Vitamin salad with turnips

Ingredients

turnip 2 parts
carrot 2 parts
onion 1 part
Sweet pepper 1 part
vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l
blend of vegetable oils (unrefined) taste
salt, sugar taste
citric acid or lemon juice
pepper, coriander and other spices to taste and if necessary
garlic optional
greens

Cooking method

  • Chop turnips, carrots thinly. I use a grater for making Korean carrots. Cut the onion into thin half rings, chop the pepper. Put everything except pepper in a deep cup, sprinkle with sugar, salt and citric acid (you can squeeze lemon juice) and mix easily, without fanaticism. No need to squeeze and tamp. The crunchiness should remain. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat the vegetable oil, but do not bring it to hot and pour it into the vegetables, stir quickly. Then add pepper and a mixture of oils that you like and have in your home. In this case, I have a bottle of linseed, sunflower, corn, sesame, mustard and olive oils.
  • That's it, the salad is ready.

Note

As my body has a different attitude to food, I enjoy this salad without adding any additional spices. But if you wish, you can always add them and there is nothing criminal in this.
If the turnip was bitter before, then in the salad its bitterness disappears completely.
