Ingredients

Wheat flour about
1 tbsp.
Sugar 3/4 Art.
Margarine (pre-melt)
(can be replaced with vegetable oil (130-150 g),

Cinnamon and nutmeg

Cooking method

1. Beat eggs lightly with a spatula and sugar. Pour in margarine.
2.Add zest, carrots and raisins.
3. Sift flour, soda and cinnamon. Mix everything. The dough, I would say, is slightly liquid.
Pour everything into a bucket (without a spatula) and put on the BAKERY for 50-60 minutes. To my Panas, the instructions said that the cupcakes should only be baked with baking paper, but I bake it this way and it has never burnt or burnt. I have a Panasonic 255. To be honest, at the beginning I bet 35, then 10, and then another 5 minutes. I checked with a match. The second time I set it immediately for 50 minutes and then for another 4 minutes. When pressed (only carefully, you can burn yourself), the cake seems to spring. In min. 5 after the end of baking, shake out the cake and put it to cool on the wire rack (in my case, an inverted sieve).

I apologize in advance if such a recipe has already been discussed on the forum. I took the recipe from some culinary forum and made it in my bread maker. The whole family is delighted, and most importantly, it's so simple.

I make this cupcake a lot now. Recommend. Guests simply sweep him away. And it never occurs to anyone that he is with a carrot.

I also tried Gruny's carrot cake.

I beat the sugar with eggs with a blender - and poured it into a bucket from HP, threw the rest of the ingredients next (except for cinnamon and zest). And the last carrot remained in the house, and even then it was small, so I replaced part of the carrot (up to a whole glass) with cottage cheese.
The mode was set by "Keks" - the oven itself stirred and baked everything. The cake turned out to be quite low, but it was baked normally and did not burn (although I did not take out the cake before the end of the program - and in this mode, baking is 1 hour 20 minutes).

A story happened to the finished cupcake.

The family liked the cake - the unusual taste, and the carrots and cottage cheese were felt, but the baking powder was not. Ate more than half for breakfast (3 people). I wrapped the rest with cling film and left on the table - until evening. Imagine our amazement when, having come home from work, we saw only a pile of crumbs and a torn film on the table. It turned out that the cupcake was eaten by our cat Lisa - although she eats nothing except raw meat, liver and Whiskas !!! She does not even look at bread and other products, but she liked the cupcake - it means "a thing" worthwhile.

It's a pity I didn't take a picture of a cupcake after a cat!
