Oat milk and healthy breakfast (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024)

Ingredients

Oat flakes "Hercules traditional" 50 g
Water 500 g
Additives to taste: cocoa, jam, berries

Cooking method

  • Pour hercules with water, leave overnight. It is better to do this in a jar, I poured it directly into the blender bowl, it got soaked and stuck to the bottom.
  • Beat on 4 speeds until smooth.
  • Drain through a cloth.
  • I added the resulting milk to pasta, but the child did not eat. Long and tediously asked why a different taste.
  • I had to go the second, an alternate path. I added fresh frozen strawberries with sugar to the remaining not strained mixture and beat.

  • The cocktail went to "Hurray", mmm sales I'm afraid to jinx it. Tomorrow I will do it again. Delicious!!

It should make a batter, I baked on such a liquid for the first time! The pancakes turned out to be very thin!
