"Delicate" turkey liver pate (Zauber ECO-580)

Category: Culinary recipes
Gentle turkey liver pate (Zauber ECO-580)

Ingredients

Turkey liver about 350gr
Onion (medium) 1 PC.
Tomato (medium) or 1 large 2 pcs.
Sour cream (15%) 150gr
Salt pepper taste
Sunflower oil about st. spoons
Butter gram 70-100

Cooking method

  • Cut the onion into quarter rings.
  • Pour sunflower oil into Sauber, throw onions there. We turn it on at 100 degrees for a couple of minutes.
  • We cut the tomato arbitrarily - in pieces, without turning off the heating, we throw them through the hatch to the onion. The time after the onion is over, add another 5 minutes per 100 grams. Hand blender a couple of times.
  • Then we throw in the turkey liver (of course, to clean, although there is nothing to clean there). Cut the liver into 3cm pieces. Throw it in, extend the time by 20 minutes and stir it periodically by hand, you can put it on the machine, but I haven't risked it yet. It took 20 minutes, pour sour cream, salt, pepper. put on 60g. We turn on the blender, for full (1-2 speed) grinding and mixing, and leave the mass at 60g for 30 minutes with occasional manual stirring (again, you can turn on the machine "interferes for 10 seconds. After 2 minutes, all the specified time")
  • While our pate "ripens", we melt the sl. oil.
  • Pour the pate into molds, fill it with melted sl. oil. ALL!!! Eat and enjoy everyone!

The dish is designed for

about 450g

Time for preparing:

minminutes 50

Cooking program:

mixed

Note

Zysy Who loves, you can add a carrot in front of the tomato, that is, overcook with onions, and whoever loves, you can throw a couple of garlic cloves with the onion. These are already variations, BUT also delicious.
On the photo, the oil has not yet frozen, and so - the yellow "warbler" is delicious on top.
You can also add gmm 30-50 cognac. Generally delicious !!!

Tanyulya, Tatyan, try it, I used to do it in a frying pan, then in a blender, but here everything is in one dish! I really like this thing. And after I tried the turkey liver, now I buy it.
