Powdered sugar 30 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Heat the syrup with honey on the stove until the honey dissolves (do not boil). Add vegetable oil.
  • 2. Add the sifted flour with vanilla, soda and citric acid. Stir.
  • 3. Lightly fry the nuts, add a little detail. Peel the pear, cut it lengthwise into 8 pieces, cut into slices. Add nuts and pear to the dough, mix.
  • 4. Grease the molds with vegetable oil, lay out the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 1600From about 20 min.
  • 5. Sprinkle icing sugar on the chilled muffins. I added cherry syrup, so the color came out brownish.

For my taste, you could only add syrup. It also depends on the sweetness of the syrup and pear. I haven’t tried it with sugar.

It turned out O-O-O-VERY sweet. The husband could not eat. My daughter and I are just right. I think that you can take 250 ml of syrup, 200 g of berries.
