"Hedgehogs" in the multicooker Cucoo

Ingredients

Minced meat
(you can mix beef
with chicken or minced pork)
500 g
Boiled rice 2 dimensional st.
Yolk 2 pcs.
Onion 1 head
Sour cream 1 dimensional st.
Tomato paste ½ dimensional st.
Water or broth 2 dimensional st.
Seasoning for minced meat 2 tsp
Salt and pepper taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix the minced meat with onions, rolled through a meat grinder or finely chopped, yolks, rice and spices.
  • 2. Form small balls and place in the bowl of the pressure cooker.
  • 3. Mix sour cream with tomato paste, water or broth, add salt and pour the balls into the prepared mixture. Select the mode in the menu "Multipovar", temperature 110-120 degrees, time 10 minutes and press the "start" button.
  • 4. Serve with mashed potatoes or fresh vegetable salad. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs before serving.

Note

You can also cook hedgehogs according to your usual recipe.
