Ingredients

Pork (ham) 500-600 grams
Dried and dried vegetables (turnips, kohlrabi cabbage, apples) several plates of each vegetable
Dried Vegetable Mix for Soup Dressing 1-2 pinches

Cooking method

  • Any meat can be used, but I had a lean pork leg.
  • Cut the meat into large strips or small pieces.
  • Put the meat in a multicooker saucepan, add dried herbs, dried vegetables (turnips, kohlrabi cabbage, apples), salt, water, if necessary, add a little spices to taste. Turn on the Multi-cook mode, 110 * C, 8-10 minutes and bring the meat to readiness.
  • In a separate cup, mix flour and butter (do not melt!), Grind butter and flour until smooth. Gradually, 1-2 tbsp. l. add the broth from the pan, stir each time until smooth to get a mash of the consistency of "liquid sour cream".
  • Turn on the multicooker in the Frying mode, let the meat and broth boil, carefully pour the talker into the meat, stirring constantly so that the broth is brewed into the gravy. Let it simmer for 1 minute and turn off the multicooker.
  • While the meat is cooking, you can prepare a side dish, such as boiled potatoes or boiled pasta.
  • Finely chop the green onion and parsley.
  • Putting the dish: put the boiled macaroons on the plate, put the meat with vegetables on top, pour the gravy.
  • Serving to the table - Bon appetit!

When I was going to cook this meat in gravy, I still did not know what would happen in the end ...
Dried vegetables (turnips and kohlrabi cabbage) seemed to be sweet with a spicy taste, apples had a sour taste, dried vegetables were aromatic - as a result, it became equal in the finished form and gave a wonderful taste of stewed vegetables!

I tucked the broth with a simple flour mash in butter, I just wanted to carefully examine the dried vegetables in kind, ready-made. But, I think, next time it will be possible to make a dressing of gravy with cream or sour cream - it should also turn out delicious!

You can select vegetables to taste, put more or less sweet or sour dried vegetables in the broth, and this will give you a different taste.

So much for turnips with kohlrabi cabbage!

You can't put such vegetables raw in a stew, but they are very tasty when dried! A great option for the winter season, when you need to diversify the taste of meat dishes!
