  • I want to share the recipe. I got it on the Internet and fell in love with it and the possibilities.
  • We heat the milk so that it is warm (not hot) and pour yeast and sugar into it. Let the yeast come to life.
  • At this time, sift flour into a bowl and pour milk and yeast into it. We begin to knead the dough. When it becomes like thin sour cream in consistency, add vegetable oil and knead to the end. You need to give it a distance (you can use a multicooker, if there is such a function, I have not tried it in a multicooker yet).
  • Then we cut it up and sculpt pies (if the dough is sticky, you can sprinkle the table with flour or grease with vegetable oil). I did it with minced meat and onions and mashed potatoes.
  • For me, this recipe has become a lifesaver, never before has yeast dough turned out to be soft and fluffy. And, by the way, I only use it: I bake in the oven and fry in oil - it is suitable for everything.
  • Increase sugar for sweet baked goods.
