mur_myau, Lena, I haven't come here for a long time, only now I saw your questions, but the girls have already measured everything)))
What have you decided? Somewhere the other day I came across a message that in some German store the discount on them is good, it turns out 99 euros without a vegetable cutter.
Babushka
julifera, Yulechka! I missed! What's new cooking? How is your homecooker? I love it with ardent love, I use it very often.
julifera
Babushka

That I cook everything old in it))))

I really like to cook vegetable stews / caviar in a homecooker - this is my dream so that it is not watery. And you pour it with a mountain - it then sits down on its own, you don't have to hang over the pan, it's very convenient.

Well, and the bolognese - how many times I had to cook it in a pressure cooker because of the rush - well, this is heaven and earth - in Home Cooker it is incomparably tastier - for gourmets!

I liked making custard gingerbread dough!
In a milk cooker, it is not very convenient to knead all the dough for 1 kg of flour, besides, you have to somehow tie a thermometer so that it does not sink and interfere, but here it is very even quite - at a set temperature of 70 ° C in the saucepan itself with constant stirring like once it does not rise above 60 ° C - which is actually important - do not overheat too much.

I never tried to cook jam in it - this year we have a poor harvest of fruits due to a pest that ate all the flowers, so the fruit was bought in small quantities in the freezer, or ground fresh with sugar.

Babushka
Yul, what a hominy with feta cheese! I keep forgetting to put out the recipe. My milkmaid makes cheese - you will give your soul for her!
julifera
Tanya - I will look forward to the recipe !!!
Somehow I completely forgot about corn grits, I need to improve)))

Julia, if you remember, write, pliz, in a personal
julifera
Sivana - it seems to me that somewhere on this forum in the branches of joint purchases I came across, but I could not find it specifically where ((
Perhaps we were talking about this store, but I'm not sure, because here the price is now higher, but still not 250
🔗

I just run through all the forums with such raids that it's hard to remember where I saw what ...
bukabuza
Yes, it was in the Chibo store, there was a promotion for only one day Homcooker for 99 euros. I myself and other girls bought it there. You just need to track, maybe there will be another action.
Babushka
Sivana, here is the complete set from € 130:

Sivana
julifera, bukabuza, Tatyana, thanks Tell me, how many compartments are there for steaming, it seemed to me 3, if so, can it be used as a cooker too?
Babushka
Sivana, two trays for steaming. Not enough ...
Sivana
Tatyana, if 2, then, of course, not enough, all the more, we are used to, if manti, then manti I need to buy a manti cooker in Astana, so I thought that if 3 and with a normal diameter, you can do it)))

leaves 99 euros without a vegetable cutter.
I just want a vegetable cutter. The tower is white. That is, the design is black and white, like almost everything in my kitchen (except for a couple of red things).

Additional trays not for sale?
bukabuza
mur_myau, Elena, and I took myself a red phillips tower. I put it on a bookcase and it is very convenient, now you can immediately shred it into any high bowl.

Additional trays not for sale?

I am sorry, I have not been on the forum for several days. I have not seen additional trays anywhere. I think that it makes no sense to buy additional trays, as they will lead to the fact that the temperature on the topmost one will not be high enough and the food will not cook.
Ulyana
Owners of a multicooker and a tower, tell me plz:
1.How do you like your devices after long-term use? Do you still like it? is the coating intact?
2. I still do not understand the stirrer is removed?
3. What are you cooking?
4.really only such a slow cooker can cook liquid porridge? Semolina, oatmeal, etc.?
5. where did you order? (can be in a personal)
Babushka
Ulyana, still delighted with this device. Since the pan is made of steel, there are no problems. Mine in the dishwasher. The stirrer is removed. I cook a lot: stewed cabbage, stew, ratatouille, marinated fish, various meats, American breakfast (casserole), hominy. The only thing that I have never cooked is porridge. I bought it during a trip to Austria.
Sens
Ulyana, you need Delongy babymail. I can not insert a link from the mob. Find the topic you need by searching. And for casseroles mv Phillips. and Oliver is no longer likely to be bought.
Svetta
For a long time, no one has looked into the topic, but in vain. I have developed an interest in this device, I can buy such a used multicooker for reasonable money. And the question is very interesting - is there an inner coating such as Teflon / non-stick (like in cartoon pots) or is there a bare metal inside the metal pan where the stirrer is spinning? Something I can't find such information.

A big request to the happy owners of this device - unsubscribe, are you still satisfied with the unit or there are pitfalls?
Lerele
svetta, I don't have it, but I saw it, there is metal. There is no Teflon.
camil72
There is no coating - just a good quality stainless steel (it has not changed in any way during this time: everything else works, too). I do everything that cannot be done in a slow cooker. We live without a stove - just she and a multicooker.
You can do everything that is cooked in a saucepan on the stove, only with a timer and a thermometer, and yes - stirring. It is very convenient to cook pasta, dumplings. Most likely, the broth is not as tasty as it will be in the cartoon (I have never tried it).
Take it if possible - you will not regret it.

I noticed a big advantage over saucepans - when you need to mix and prevent steam / moisture loss, she does it very well. That is, stirring with the lid closed. For example, parmesan in pasta.

By the speed of boiling, I did not notice, but to prepare the pasta I pour in water and turn it on at the same time with the pasta machine. It turns out just in time - 10-15 minutes.
Svetta
Oh, I think I bought it ... keep your fists, I should get it in 2-3 days ...
Svetta
I bought it and have already brought it home! Heavy and big, the bandura is straight. Well, nothing, now I'll wash it, remove the excess from it and I will sculpt something.
Babushka
svetta, Congratulations! The unit is crediting. I love him very much. Good luck with learning!
Svetta
Tatyana, Thank you! I have already studied this topic up and down, I took note of a lot. It’s bad that I don’t have instructions for the cartoon, it’s second-hand brought from Europe. I would like to know more about the capabilities of the device, in particular, how to use the small steam insert correctly. Although I have a separate Brown Steamer, we love it very much.
I have already figured out the socket by typing, even put out the apple filling for the pie.
Tanya, if it's not difficult for you, I would like to hear from you the algorithm for preparing your favorite dishes. I don't need meticulousness, just a canvas. Until I adjust myself, I will use someone else's experience.
Babushka
svettaI'm away now. In my recipes for this unit, it is described in sufficient detail (Algorithms, temperature, time).
Svetta
Tatyana, thanks, so I'll read it carefully.

Tanya, here I am copying from the description from the first page:
"3 - programmable heat treatment with automatic temperature change PerfectTemp, set in advance by the hostess using a special QuickSet timer for a period of up to 99 minutes. So, the hostess can cook porridge or pilaf, indicating a more powerful temperature for a few minutes before boiling (maximum - 250 ° C), and then - the minimum temperature mode (40 ° C) for "heating" the dish;

4 - automatic switching on and off of the device for cooking food at a specified time: having prepared food in the morning, you can set the mode of cooking, stewing or steaming so that the dish ripens just in time for coming home from work; "

This is interesting to me.I don’t understand yet how to program it or can it be done only with a timer, which must be purchased separately?
Babushka
svetta, to my shame I didn't program. Managed by manual modes.
Svetta
Tanya, then I won't torture you. When you get home, try to look at the instructions or take a picture of it, we will find a solution.
zoyaaa
Svetta, does the seller have another one?
Svetta
Zoya, go to PM.
Babushka
svetta, well. Agreed.
camil72
Svetta, congratulations on purchasing a smart saucepan !!!
Tatyana has very good recipes - start with them, everything is clear and tasty in them.
Now I use the tower for blanks - it is very convenient (more convenient than the Kenwood kitchen machine). Fast, few leftovers and takes up little space. I didn't even know about programming.
Svetta
Elvira, Thank you! I just have a slow cooker, there is no tower. Yes, I don’t need it, I don’t have such volumes, I manage with a combine, a shredder and a burner.

If you have everything else, then the tower is not needed
Malvpresli
Svettahow is your multicooker saucepan? Works?!? I am looking for a stainless steel saucepan, my own garden, I have to make blanks. And then another product, luxury, interferes! Where can you buy now?
Svetta
Linda, I sold the multicooker to our forum member last year. Unfortunately, it turned out to be of little demand for me, it took up a lot of space. I hope this cartoon makes her happy.
zoyaaa
Svetta, whenever I use a saucepan, I remember you with great gratitude, I use it constantly, I cook small portions, for workpieces, if the volumes are large, most likely the mixer will not pull.
Svetta
ZoyaHow glad I am that the cartoon has found its real owner! Let it continue to please.
And yes, her mixer is rather weak for large volumes, it will not pull the motor. I somehow stewed cabbage and chopped it up more than usual (just above half the pan) - I didn't pull the mixer, I had to urgently unload half.
Malvpresli
Girls! Thank you! Otherwise, I'm twitching, but rather nervous, I'm waiting for kenwood ...
