Steamed fish

Ingredients

Fish (any)
(I like salmon and trout)
Lemon
Salt
Black pepper

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour the cleaned and washed fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2. Pour 4 measuring cups of water into the inner bowl of the pressure cooker and place the steam plate.
  • 3. Place the fish on a steam plate.
  • 4. Close the lid of the pressure cooker, select the "Steamer" turbo or "Multipovar" menu, set the cooking time to 5-7 minutes. Depending on the type of fish.

Note

Honestly, I eat fish alone, I like it less for a couple than in a grill (that's why I did it twice purely for experiment). No photo, one of these days I will do, I will add.
