Bulgur pilaf with chicken (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Turkey breast (chicken) 350-400grm.
Bulgur 1 MS
Bulb 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
Dill, parsley 1 bundle
tomato 2 pcs.
pepper paste (can be enticed with tomato paste) 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt pepper taste
some sunflower or olive oil for frying 3st. spoons

Cooking method

  • Grate onions and carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil. Oven mode 3 level 2-3 minutes with the lid open.
