350 g noodle nests.
For compote: 400 g ripe plums; 40 ml port wine; 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla pudding powder.
For the caramelized cinnamon sugar: 3 tablespoons of butter; 2 tablespoons of sugar; 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1. For compote, wash plums, cut in half, remove seeds. Simmer the plums until softened in 150 ml of water with the addition of port and sugar for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Dissolve the dry pudding mixture in 2 tablespoons of water and thicken the compote with it. Keep the compote warm.

2. Boil the noodles in a large amount of salted water according to the directions on the package until they are not completely softened (al dente) for 8-10 minutes. Drain and dry well.

3. In a large frying pan, fry sugar in butter until light yellow in butter, pour 3 tablespoons of hot water. Stir in cinnamon. Roll the noodles in this mass.

4. Transfer the noodles with cinnamon to preheated plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve together with warm plum compote.
