  • Semolina porridge in Zauber ECO-580

Time for preparing:

15 minutes

Note

I cooked porridge, but I really wanted semolina and cocoa. Cocoa was successful yesterday, today I made semolina.
Satisfied, the first pancake is not lumpy, but the milk got a little boiled down, did not burn, but it stuck, there was no stranger smell in the porridge.
The glass was washed perfectly, without any extra effort

it's me that sushi stick
With such a stick, in the process of preparing especially-possibly-burned porridge-sauces-creams, I "probe" the bottom for boiling. This stick is very necessary for the household.

Yes, Len, the stick is needed, I check the baked goods for her.

I'll go, I'll joke my wand too, and I'll grind something too. And then everyone is scratching Che without hitting, but I do not use it. Tanyul, and how is "Hot" and "Warm"? I mean, if you translate into Proficushkin's language - 100 and 60C? Simply, I want to make a killer semolina porridge, but I'm afraid that your vaunted ear stick will not help!
And your porridge turned out cool, tender, airy! Well done, Tanyul. I'll try to lose too! I have a saree if it burns!

Well, I praised you, now you go, praise me in every way here HERE

Lenus, yeah 100 and 60. But turn on the blender at 100 more often and when it’s already with semolina, don’t turn it on at 100, it will burn nafigggy. My milk boiled a little anyway, there was no burning smell, but the crust at the bottom was brownish.
I'll go ... I'll go ... look at the promised goodies.

And I was upset! Even badly burnt. Today I cooked semolina porridge, though per liter. When the milk was still boiling, I poured and cooked it in a cartoon. And I have always cooked in a Panasonic cartoon, and this has never happened. And in this Sauber, cocoa was the first to stick, barely wiped it off. And the semolina is the second, everything has not yet soaked. In the same place. I sit in sadness ...

It's a pity ... Bring the milk to a boil and blend it periodically. Pour semolina on a blender and turn on the heat, that's it, don't turn it on hotly, again blender 3-4 times. I cooked again according to the same principle, it did not burn. There is such a film coating, but not brown and was washed off simply with water and detergent on a Blender.

Tanya, I wrote here just to complain and ask for advice, not that the recipe is bad. The recipe is cool, and it takes less time. We really love semolina porridge! I don't even know how to scrub it all off, I'm afraid that now everything will stick. And I wanted to fry the onion for soup

My cocoa stuck, too, washed off, but the cheese soup stuck more strongly, I was even afraid that it would burn badly in the process. Fill with oven detergent and let stand, then blender with a sponge. Good luck!

Tanya, thanks for the recipe! I am pleased to review and read all your culinary experiments. Thanks to you, I also bought a soup maker. I just brought it and immediately for semolina))))). Here I looked in proportion. I want to ask, but you didn’t try to fry cereals at first. butter, and then pour milk, vanilla and sugar on a blender? (I usually cook on the stove like this).
Tanyulya
Galina, thank you. I didn't fry the semolina beforehand, but if you try to do it, then only on Heat, on Hot I'm afraid it will burn. Spreads there sooo hard.
You can try on Heat, then pour milk on a Blender, transfer to Hot (but the same Blender periodically), then let it go to Heat.
