Liver sauce (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024)

Ingredients

Chilled beef liver 350 g
Yellow onion medium 1 PC
Medium carrots 1 PC
Frozen cream tomato 3 pcs
Garlic 2 cloves
Frozen green peas 2 tbsp
Fresh rosemary 1 tsp
Lemon 1/4
Small apple 1 PC
Cream 23% 200 ml
Finely grated hard cheese 4 tbsp
Spices (Provencal herbs) 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/2 cl
Water 250 ml
Salt taste
Chopped herbs (dill, parsley) 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • Since my children do not eat the liver well, I had to experiment a little. And today I got the idea to cook the liver in the form of a sauce. It turned out pretty tasty! The liver grinds very well! As a result, my work was not in vain, the children silently ate everything.
  • 1. Before turning on the blender, you need to prepare the vegetables - cut them, as the process of setting will be quite quick.
  • 2. Remove the peel from the tomato. Separate the lemon pulp from the skin.
  • 3. Turn on a 100 gr blender, pour a couple of tablespoons of oil, add onions, stir a couple of times, then add carrots - stir. So stirring down a little. Then add the garlic and mix. Add tomatoes - stir, add apples, lemon - mix - simmer a little and switch to 80 gr.
  • 4. Add spices EXCEPT SALT. Mix.
  • 5. Add green peas - stir. Add water and switch to 100 g and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Add the chopped liver, mix everything at 2 speeds, bring to a boil, let it cook for a few minutes and do not forget to stir. Beat everything until chopped and switch to 80 gr. (At 80 grams, it is heated to a boil and then cooled to 80 grams and then heated again, therefore, as soon as heating starts, I take and mix everything).
  • 7. 2 minutes before the end of cooking, switch to 100 grams and pour the cream, bring it to a boil - turn it off. SALM. Beat everything well at 4 speeds. Add chopped herbs and cheese - mix.
  • It took 30 minutes to cook in a blender.

My children and I have the same song - they save pancakes from liver and vegetables with oatmeal. Look in my recipes - all the possible ingredients are crammed there too. And also sauce with meat and cheese, there is also. The younger one does not want to eat anything at all, only such pancakes and pasta with sauce. For me this is Hurray !!!!!

It's a pity I can't make such a sauce - there is no such device.

Class! I also take a note. Thank you!
And ... and where is the cake ???
Lenny
It's great how. And the stove is clean, and the dishes are minimum. Shuffle, is it a pulse button? And with stirring, the contents of the bowl are slightly crushed, right?
Elena Tim
Lenais of course crushed. There are knives. And for a few of these "Pulses" the products are transformed ... into an elegant puree!
Mar_k
Elena Tim, Lenny, Thank you!
In fact, the sauce turns out to be airy and tender!

Do you think it is necessary? There is such an improvisation! Everything is very quick! As I doubt it! Although it turned out deliciously!

Although it turned out deliciously!
And after these words, do you still think? Of course, come on!

I made it worth the rest. It turned out to be somehow liquid ... although I got 1200 ml of volume. Will it thicken?
Mar_k
RybkA-Elena, I am pleased that you decided to repeat it! In fact, it turns out about that much - I confused the saucepan (I have one for 1 liter and 1.5 liters are the same). In consistency, it is not thick, liquidish, like a sauce, so mushy. I wanted my girls to mix it with pasta and eat it, and not poke around in it. It will thicken, if only a little at the expense of cream, when it cools a little!
RybkA
Everything is fine, my husband ate half the portion like liver puree soup tasted - delicious!
Mar_k
RybkA, I am very pleased that I liked the liver sauce! Thanks for doing!
