If some vegetables are missing, then you can do without them.
Peel vegetables, potatoes 700g. cut into large cubes, carrot 2pcs. thin strips, onion 1 pc. - chop 1 clove garlic into cubes (I took chopped dry). Boil potatoes, mash in mashed potatoes. Add 1.5 cl. l. butter, salt, coriander 1 tsp (I added barbecue spices). Let cool slightly, add 1 egg, mix again, cover and leave. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan. l, fry onions, carrots and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add minced meat (I boil it before), mix and cook over medium heat, kneading the lumps with a spoon for 6-7 minutes. Pour in 300 ml. broth, stir, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes. Add green peas and beans 4 minutes before the end. 100g. grate cheese. Put the mashed potatoes in a pastry bag (cooking syringe). Preheat the oven to 180C. Place the minced meat in a baking dish and put puree on top, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 50-60 minutes.
I did a little differently. She put 1/3 of the potatoes on the bottom, then minced meat, then mashed potatoes from a pastry syringe, sprinkled a little with butter and sprinkled with cheese.

200 g cream cheese (hard, not Philadelphia)

Wash the potatoes with a brush and boil in a uniform, drain and peel. Cut into circles. Wash the carrots, peel, chop into strips. Peel the fennel, cut out the middle and also cut into strips.

Peel the onion, cut into cubes and lightly fry in hot butter. Add carrots, fennel, broth and cream. Simmer over medium heat for ~ 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Thicken with starch and bring to a boil.

Heat oven to 200about C. Wash the breast, dry it and cut into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Grease a baking dish, line the bottom with potato circles, top with chicken pieces, then vegetables, sprinkle with cheese and bake for ~ 20 - 25 minutes. Serve with pepper (pepper mixture) and garnish with dill if desired.

This casserole is prepared very quickly.On the palate - a delicately creamy, sweetish taste of carrots and a spicy aftertaste of fennel goes well with juicy pieces of chicken.

200 gr sour cream (lovers of gravy will replace it with liquid cream)

I cook in a glass saucepan with a diameter of 20 cm.
Cut fillets into thin slices and place on the bottom of a saucepan, drizzle with soy sauce, sprinkle with chopped onions. Lay carrots cut into thin rings on top. The next program number is diced peppers, finely chopped (do not crush!) Garlic. Disassemble the cabbage into small inflorescences and "insert" them into the pepper. Drizzle again with soy sauce.
Stir sour cream with salt, pepper, spices and starch and spread over the cabbage.
Cover and place in the oven. I've been keeping an hour since the gravy boils. Grind the vegetables well. I remove the lid 15-20 minutes before cooking.
Remove from oven, cover again and cool to room temperature. I don't recommend eating it hot, it's not so tasty.

Add the juice of half a lemon (vinegar is possible, but lemon is tastier), salt, pepper, nutmeg. Done!

Need to:
1 kg of beef.
250gr of white bread
1/2 l milk

1 medium carrot

The meat can be not only beef, but lean. Otherwise, a heap of fat will melt from it and everything will float in it. Boil broccoli in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Chop garlic, onion, carrots and fry. Soak white bread without crusts in milk, squeeze. Add fried onions, garlic and carrots, bread, finely chopped dill, salt, pepper to the minced meat and mix well. Whisk the whites into a foam and mix gently with the minced meat. We take the form in the form of a "brick" or "loaf". Cover with oiled parchment. Spread out a third of the minced meat, lay the broccoli (quail eggs) with inflorescences down and add all the remaining minced meat. Gently, with your hands, filling all the voids between the broccoli. Cover the top with parchment and in the oven for 40 minutes. That's it.

I had more minced meat this time, so it didn't fit into the loaf mold. I had to do it in another and lay out the broccoli in two rows.

Mix everything, add salt and spices and lightly process with a blender so that part of the mass remains not pureed.

I did not lubricate the uniform with anything, everything was easily taken out.
I baked in a large multi for 1 hour on the "baking" mode, until the casserole began to move away from the walls a little, chilled a little and took out with the help of a cartoon double boiler insert.

This recipe appeared as a result of my purest improvisation five years ago. And it turned out so unexpectedly good that it completely took root not only in my house, but also in the houses of those who tried it. It is not a shame to feed the guests with this dish, and my friend, who is a big fan of this recipe, was in Greece last year. She says she ate something similar there under the name moussaka, hence the name.
Everything is prepared quickly and simply. I don't cut anything in advance, I do everything in the process.

So, for the 24cm form we need:
Chicken fillet - about 300-350g.,
Onion - 1 medium
Zucchini - about 300-350gr.,
Pasta (medium horns or scallops) 250g.,
Cheese - 150g.,
Sour cream or mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l. with a slide,

We immediately put a pot of water for boiling pasta and a frying pan on the fire (since I have all the pans with removable handles, I do it right away in the one in which I will bake).
Cut the fillets into small pieces (~ 1 * 0.5 cm), pour some vegetable oil into the pan, spread the fillets.
While it is slowly fried, peel and dice the onion, add to the chicken, salt, pepper, add seasonings - I have Italian herbs and paprika, mix, continue to fry.
We clean, cut into cubes 1 * 1 cm zucchini. Add immediately to the pan, stir, add sour cream, cover with a lid. Everything should sweat for a couple of minutes, only for the zucchini to settle and give juice, after that we turn off the fire.
At this point, my water usually boils, add some salt, pour pasta into it and after boiling, cook for a couple of minutes - the pasta should only slightly soften. We drain the water and pour them into a mold with chicken and zucchini.
We rub the cheese, I mix half with the rest of the ingredients, level the surface, add the remaining cheese, and in the oven for 40 minutes until the desired degree of browning.
It turns out very tasty and juicy.
