Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour
(if the eggs are large, then +20 g flour)
520 g
Sugar 150 g
Softened margarine 150 g
Egg 3 pcs.
Sour cream 150 g
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Filling:
Cottage cheese
(always dry,

Semolina 1 tbsp. l.
Vanilla, lemon zest

Cooking method

  • We put the ingredients of the dough in the bread maker on the dumplings mode., But I turned it off after 10 minutes, the dough was ready.
  • Mix cottage cheese, yolks, sugar, zest, semolina, vanilla and grind with a spoon until smooth, add and stir in the whites whipped with a mixer at the end.
  • Divide the dough into two parts, roll it out about 4-5 mm thick and lay out the filling, carefully roll up the roll and transfer it to a mold with a high side. We bake in medium heat until golden brown, check readiness with a match.
