Ingredients

Kefir 500 ml
Egg 2 pcs.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Soda 0.5 tsp
Salt pinch
Wheat flour number of ao is determined by the consistency of the dough

Cooking method

  • Combine the ingredients. Knead a non-steep dough.
  • Roll out into layer. Grease it with vegetable oil, sprinkle with poppy seeds
  • (as an option, you can use cinnamon, nuts, coconut, etc.).
  • Wrap the roll. Place on a greased baking sheet, seam side down.
  • I put it in a bread pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 180-190 * C. Cut chilled.
