Thanks for the recipe, only the steel is a little hard after cooling down, I wanted it more time-consuming, next time I will bake less. And another question, I understood correctly, do we melt margarine? Thank you.

Tell me, do you really need 85 grams of cinnamon, or did I misunderstand something? He baked yesterday and added 40 grams of cinnamon, more afraid he really tastes REAL

Irina, I didn't see a comma in the recipe. Not 85 g, but 0,85 g, that is, less than a gram.

Excellent cookies, I used to make them according to other recipes, but these are what you need !! Thanks for the recipe.

Finally I baked this wonderful cookie too. Oatmeal was ground in a coffee grinder, margarine 114 g (how much there was), the rest is corn oil. Reduced sugar. I cut it out with a glass. It is done quickly and easily.
Rem, thanks a lot for the recipe! What a pity that I just found him now. Now I will bake regularly.

Tanya, what nice cookies, and you baked with molasses? Only the absence of molasses has stopped me from fulfilling the recipe for a long time.
BlackHairedGirl
No, Vikusya, I did it with honey, I ran out of molasses long ago. Do it boldly with honey, the taste is practically the same. I will bake one more time, this time I want to add fried nuts.
Gaby
Thank you, Tanyusha, I'll try.

Girls, I want to bake cookies. Tell me, do you need to extinguish the soda?
AkhataN
I baked cookies and got into childhood. This is the recipe for oatmeal cookies that I was looking for, the cookies turned out to be soft, aromatic, very tasty. And most importantly, my son really liked it. I didn’t extinguish the soda, mixed it with flour. THANKS for the recipe, now these cookies will be a frequent guest on our table.

This is not the first time I have baked a very tasty cookie. Today I put cottage cheese instead of butter (I had to dispose of it), it turned out super.
And yet, I just can't fit all the flour from the recipe. It takes about half. I put a whole norm of ground oatmeal, a couple of tablespoons of bran and how much the dough of white flour will take.
Thanks to the author for the recipe

And I came across such a recipe (No. 198) with reference to a certain Collection of recipes for cookies in 1988, which I never found. Found only Sirnova, 1969, but there is no oatmeal. I don't know what this mysterious collection is. I also found a similar recipe at number 12.4, but from which collection I don't have tea in my soul.
Weight in grams:
Granulated sugar - 3719.6
Flour / s - 3449.1
Unsalted butter - 1635.9
Oat flour - 1478.2
Water - 959.8
Raisins - 525.7
Drinking soda - 49.3
Salt - 39.4
Cinnamon - 7.9
Vanillin - 4.9
Total - 11869.8
Losses before baking / uvariation, shrinkage 2.005% - 238
Upek / uvarka 12.2% - 1419.1
Losses after baking / boiling, shrinkage 2.005% - 204.8
Output - 10000.0

Naturally, there is a column "In solids", as expected.
I don't know where the truth is. Only a scan of the collection will dot the I.

This is GOST and you found it on cooking .. there are a lot of GOST recipes, a whole topic.
Pimander
gawala, I'm more interested in the collection than the site. I have many collections of recipes, including recipes for Smirnova's cookies, but they do not contain oatmeal. Therefore, where did these recipes come from (and mine and in this post) is a big question.

Well, that's just the same collection ..

Yes, which one? There are no known ones. And what (s) the indicated recipes refer to is not known. Which edition, under whose review, year of publication?

Type in the search engine that you need. Google, Yandex ..

And he will not find .. There are collections of recipes for public catering, there are a lot of all sorts of decrees and changes, but the desired one is not. Either take the word of the person who laid out the recipe on coking, or go to the technical libraries of the Institute of Food Industry ..
Why is there such a distrust of cooking? Start reading the topic about GOSTs from the very beginning and you will understand why you cannot find anything anywhere. By the way, this person lives in Spain and maintains his blog in Russian and there is also a lot of GOSTs, he is bread, rolls, etc. etc. bakes ..

gawala, there is no mistrust, but two different recipes.
I have collections for EPP, for EPP in factories and schools, recipes for flour confectionery products, recipes for cookies, and none of them contain oatmeal cookies.

Well, choose the best of the two recipes and bake for health .. Or is it important for you that the cookies are baked according to GOST?

... Oatmeal cookies were not baked in schools and canteens. In any case, this was not the case in my memory. They didn't even bake in cookery, although cookery made their own pastries, baskets, shortbread pies, eclairs ... etc.
Well, it means that oatmeal cookies were exclusively the prerogative of large confectionery factories.
