Today I will show you how to paint a gingerbread in the shape of a helicopter.
To complete this lesson, we need:

1. Gingerbread in the form of a helicopter.

2. White thick glaze, green and yellow liquid glaze.

3. Zip bags or disposable plastic bags with Ateko circle nozzle 00 (for thick glaze) and 2 (for liquid).

4. Toothpick.

To prepare liquid glaze, you will need 1 protein, about 180-200 grams of powdered sugar and lemon juice, about 0.5 tsp. For thick icing, simply add the required amount of caster sugar to the liquid white icing until it is the consistency you want.

Use whatever gingerbread cookie recipe (sugar, vanilla, etc.) you like to make the gingerbread. Please do not ask for the dough recipe, I don’t give it. Hope for understanding.
