I thought that there would be no more than two hours of clean work (baking, filling, writing). And the postcard with the children that I have is 2 times smaller, I estimated at 350 rubles. There, in addition to baking, you still need to translate the drawing and paint many small details with a separate color. But now I think that we need to make it a little more expensive. Because this is a very laborious process. And during the time that I was making it, it was possible to stamp many simpler gingerbread cookies and sell them for a larger amount.

The first is the pleasure of a job that I have never done before. Second, you need something simpler to sell, because most of the time is spent on coloring and bringing the icing to the desired consistency. I painted nine gingerbread for three nights. They are golden. The second aspect does not bother me much, because I do not make to order. But such painstaking work is tiring. And then I remembered that someone wrote about packages from tights, such as cellophane does not stretch, the line is uniform. Well, there are no tights, but there is a solid roll of cellophane. I wound the little bags (I remembered the experience from my childhood - at my grandmother's in the village, seeds were fried and in small bags. We sit on a bench in the evening with our friends, click), so as not to open, I fastened the edge with a piece of scotch tape. small bags, exactly 1 tsp. icing, that's what I need.From above, during work, I wrapped the edge and clamped it with a small clothespin. Whisper! I have Ateko nozzles, because the metal rounds out near the spout and gets hammered all the time, therefore, icing stagnates in this place, or something. And cellophane cornetics are smooth, straight, icing comes out with a bang. So now I have bags with nozzles only for large volumes, everything else is cornetics. .. And, and one more important plus - they do not need to be washed later, like a bag, an adapter and a nozzle. threw out - and truncated.! now in the evenings I will prepare them for future use.
