Chocolate chip cookies (no eggs)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Kefir
Butter 50-100 gr.
Starch 2 tbsp. l.
Soda 1/2 - 2/3 tsp
Dry cocoa 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I warn you right away that the proportions are approximate (I did not prepare with this recipe)
  • Oil at room temperature. If you bake cookies in a sandwich maker, then 50 g of butter is enough. If the oven is in a waffle iron, then 100 gr is better. I had 50g, and at the same time I greased the waffle iron molds with vegetable oil before each bookmark.
  • We combine all the ingredients, except for soda. The consistency of the dough is like a pancake. Let the dough stand to swell the starch (15-20 minutes). We introduce soda into the dough (be sure to sift). And we bake on preheated tins.
  • Bakes quickly - approx. 7 minutes in Stebe and 5 minutes in a waffle iron.
  • Chocolate chip cookies (no eggs) Chocolate chip cookies (no eggs)
  • Chocolate chip cookies (no eggs) Chocolate chip cookies (no eggs)

Cooking program:

Sandwich maker Steba 40 or waffle maker "flower"

Note

In a sandwich maker, the cookies are soft. While hot, that is, light crunchiness.
The biscuits are crispy in the waffle iron, but if they lie down, they turn rubbery. So, it's better to cook at one time and eat warm

Mannochka, thanks for the recipe! After all, one had to be vigilant so that he saw the light! As always with you: simple, fast, tasty and without eggs. I will definitely do it!
Manna
Check mark, thank you dear! I hope the livers don't disappoint
gala10
None of your recipes have disappointed me yet!
Manna
Oh thank you Chocolate chip cookies (no eggs) Straight embarrassed
Elena Tim
How cute they are, lovely! I must also get my Shtebochka, otherwise I forgot about all my stuff with this ham maker! Mannochka, thanks for the cookies!
Manna
Yes, Lenochka, I also liked how the livers from the sandwich maker look And in the Shtebe they blush beautifully and evenly Chocolate chip cookies (no eggs)
Mar_k
Manna, Thanks for the recipe !!!
Manna
MarishI hope the liver will like it
Babushka
Manna, Thank you! Cool recipe!
Rada-dms
Manna, and in a cupcake, how will the cupcakes turn out, or thicker? There is no other device at hand :)
Manna
Girls, thanks for your attention to the recipe

and in a cupcake, how will the cupcakes turn out, or thicker?
The cupcakes will contain plump muffins, especially if you put more dough in the mold. Perhaps the crust will crunch a little, but I don't promise
lu_estrada
Well, now I know what "Heavenly Manna" means! Mannochka is wonderful!
Manna
Ludmila, Thanks for the kind words!
Yes, I also thought that such livers should turn out well in Belgian waffle irons. I think it's even better than the "flowers"
gala10
Mannochka, I apologize for the lack of knowledge in this area, but how do they differ, in thickness?
Manna
Yes Yes, Check mark, Belgian higher, there is room for the dough to rise But I still don't have such a waffle iron
gala10
I have a Steba 4.4 grill with waffle plates and it has adjustable top lid height so I can get the right height for Belgian waffles?
Mar_k
gala10, so in the grill the height adjustment is only 2 positions, and the waffles have a different height - so after all
Mar_k
We cannot adjust to a height of 0.5 or 1 cm!
gala10
Marina, there you can set the height artificially, for example, by placing an object. You just need to clearly know the required height.
Mar_k
gala10, well, yes, for sure, only then the dough will jump out of the bounds, it will not be so reflex, it seems to me !!!
Manna
Check mark, Belgian waffles have a different shape. I'm afraid you won't get the Belgian ones in the grill anyway, but the livers will be looser
gala10
GirlsI think it's still worth experimenting.I will soon be a little more free and will definitely take up this issue. I'll report back then. What is the shape of the Belgian waffles? However, for me it is not so important! The main thing is the content, that is, the taste!
Manna
Check mark, here HERE at Mistletochka you can look at the Belgian A THIS my "flowers" with a similar recipe This is me for comparison
gala10
Yeah thanks, Mannochka, looked. I already made your waffle cookies, it turned out great. Mistletoe has twice the ribs. In general, I will try first without any tricks, let's see what happens, and then I'll try to raise the top plate a little. And let's compare the result.
kukulyaka
Manna, and how much kefir? Or what consistency should the dough be?
Manna
Natasha, we make the dough according to the consistency of pancakes, then it will stand, the starch will swell, and it will become thicker:

Did not see. I have to do it, otherwise there is nothing left of the sweet home, and I am a sweet tooth.
Manna
Try this cookie too. I promise nothing enchanting, but for a change

Manna, thank you, made cookies ... Hmm ... Adventures ...; D Made in the oven. Well, firstly: I put a snowball (disappeared) instead of kefir, and secondly - 100 gr. oil, thirdly - put 2 tbsp. tablespoons of alkalized (so it seems) cocoa. Spread it out on greased paper with a spoon. As a result: we got one huge liver (for the whole baking sheet), in appearance resembling a biscuit, and in taste - a delicious chocolate-chocolate biscuit, only thin. I did not dare to put the rest of the dough on the paper, because I tore off it with a spatula, a knife and a bunch of relatives. I put it in small silicone cupcake molds, as a result I got them. They shook themselves out, almost not sticking. I made a conclusion: it turns out delicious, sweet, chocolatey. I will add liquids and less cocoa, do it in silicone molds. But I will definitely do it. The husband tried the cupcakes, said: "Consider that you have no more of them!" and went to drink tea! And this is for you
Manna
Natasha, albeit with adventures, but my husband with pastries managed to please
Well, they didn't ask about baking on a baking sheet, I would immediately say that this dough is not for molding cookies - it is liquid for that.
If you bake such muffins, then starch can be replaced with flour - muffins can be baked without starch, but with starch they will be looser / friable
kukulyaka
Here we milk and try! : girl-yes: And what is in the oven - so there is no Shteba at the mené. So I conduct experiments: I make ice-cream - ice cream on eggs, and cookies, and even chocolate - without. And since mine can sweep one and a half liters of ice cream at a time, and eat something sweet, then I want fewer eggs ...
Manna
I cook everything without eggs (including ice cream). The forum has recipes for ice cream without eggs. You can choose the right one. And baking without eggs, many recipes
