In addition, the gingerbread is soft, because it does not dry out in the oven a second time, if it is varnished cold.
I added a yellow Ukrasovsky dry dye + a bit of green to the gingerbread varnish with the fisherman to make a mustard color.

Girls, I want to share some experience, I think it might come in handy. I have long wanted to write, but everything flew out of my head.
First, I got used to freezing the remains of icing. It just got to me that I was doing multi-colored icing, and then you don't know what to do with it, usually I just kept it in the refrigerator, in a sealed package. But as long as possible, three or four days, then if it doesn't come in handy, I throw it away. And then it's a shame - once they order something, and this color is needed a little, but no longer. Breeding again. So I decided to test it, put it in the freezer. I have small round glasses without legs, I usually put them in them, if I need a little, so I store the leftovers in them now, covering them with cling film, and then wrapping them in a bag. Or in a larger container, if a lot is found. Lay there for a couple of weeks, took it out when it came in handy, took it out in advance so that it would thaw on the table, then mixed it well with a spoon - and into the filling. It turned out great, I did not notice any difference from the freshly prepared filling, and neither did I in the result.
The second point is when you paint mainly with one color (usually white), and then some small details - you need to make a stroke in a different color. And then usually what solution is either a cornet or a new bag with a nozzle (or an adapter and a nozzle). BUT: for some reason, the line does not always come out of the cornet, which is round in cross-section, and sometimes it looks like a ribbon, and it is necessary to fold this cornet, unnecessary body movements. And smear the bag because of a drop of icing, and then a lot of it remains in the adapter and in the nozzle itself. In general, now for quite a few colored lines I do this - I dilute a little (literally a teaspoon) of icing of the desired color, then take a clean nozzle, fill it with this icing (or some kind of tidy spoon, or a spoon handle, in general, I stuff it there as much as possible.Then I remove the nozzle from the bag in which there was white (or whatever I drew there) icing, and in its place I put a nozzle with colored icing. All. Enough to circle a few good gingerbreads before everything colored is squeezed out and white again. I have several attachments for each number, so it often happens that all of them are used in this way. At the same time, there are practically no residues of colored icing.
