1 cup sah powder (235 g US size)
1 tbsp milk / cream (if the gingerbread is supposed to lie for more than 2 weeks, replace it with milk)
1 tablespoon corn syrup (substituted with glucose)
5-6 to lemon juice.

We use rule 10. Run a stick / spoon along the bottom with the glaze and count to 10, if the trail closes earlier - add powder, if later - dilute with lemon juice.
