Chocolate cake on lean dough

Ingredients

Dough:
sugar 1 tbsp.
sunflower oil (refined) 2 tbsp. l.
honey 2 tbsp. l.
soda 2 tsp
vinegar for soda quenching
flour by density
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Filling:
Canned Peaches and Pineapples
Cream:
Herbal cream (firms 500 g
Water (cold boiled) 200 g
Gelatin 15 g
---------------------------------------------- ---------------
The form Ø = 21 cm

Cooking method

  • Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, honey, water and put in a water bath. Bring, stirring, to 80 degrees. Remove, cool, add slaked soda, flour (so much so that the dough turns out, like for pancakes). Pour the dough into a mold covered with parchment and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Cool the finished cake, cut into 2 parts.
  • I soaked both parts in canned pineapple syrup.
  • Cream:
  • Beat 300 g of vegetable cream + 100 g of canned peach syrup, add gelatin.
  • Reset:
  • Spread cream on the bottom cake with a thick layer, put peach and pineapple pieces, cover with the second cake. Coat the sides and in the cold for 1 hour.
  • Beat the remaining cream and decorate the finished cake. I got it like this.

Time for preparing:

35-40 minutes

Cooking program:

180 degrees

Yes, Tanyush, you're right. During fasting, we do not use gelatin, like everything from poultry and livestock (well, vegetable oil is also excluded during strict fasting and fish). To make the cake lean, you need to change the gelatin to agar-agar.
