Fish in its own juice with mustard and yoghurt filling

Ingredients

any fish
bulb onions
vegetable oil for frying onions
salt, pepper, bay leaf
water
For filling
natural yoghurt 125 ml
table mustard 1 teaspoon
fresh or dried greens taste

Cooking method

  • The proportions of fish and onions are optional.
  • Take a deep frying pan or stewpan.
  • Cut the onion into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil.
  • Put bay leaf, peppercorns, herbs on the onion.
  • Rub the fish with salt.
  • Place on prepared substrate.
  • Pour 2-3 cm of water into the pan.
  • Simmer the fish over low heat until tender (it took me 30 minutes).
  • Can be turned over during cooking.
  • Put the finished fish on a plate and pour over the hot filling.
  • To pour, mix yogurt, mustard and herbs.
  • Serve with fresh or stewed vegetables.
