Cooking method

  • - Grind pumpkin seeds (fresh) in a blender or mince.
  • - In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients, add seeds there.

  • Everyone loved the bagels. For some reason, especially on the second day. Loose, nutty with an interesting new note, unusual, greenish. If the seeds are dried before crushing, then the greenness will disappear.
  • Make from high quality, not stale seeds!
