Please tell me, two small buckets, is it possible in one small 500 gr. to bake bread in a bucket, not to put the second in the oven?
Svetlana, you can put one bucket. Sometimes I do that. But it is better to put the second bucket either empty without a spatula, or with some kind of dough.

Larissa, Thanks for the link.

Only the day before yesterday I became the owner of the Polaris bread machine thanks to Shelena's recipes and reviews! Today I baked two bread in two small buckets from post 31 according to Shelena's recipe: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=334291.20.html#msg1393156
Here's what happened:
Bread maker Polaris PBM 1501D (reviews and discussion) and in the context: Bread maker Polaris PBM 1501D (reviews and discussion)
I added raisins to the white one (quite a bit), it was just on the table washed for food for two days)) I did not add seeds to the black one - my husband does not like it (conservative)))
Yesterday I did not experiment, I made bread from a ready-made mixture of Multigrain:
Bread maker Polaris PBM 1501D (reviews and discussion)
It looks like there is a lot of yeast in the recipe - the roof fell off while baking. Moreover, the program glitched at the beginning - the screen went out and kneaded for a long time (after on / off everything was restored). Apparently it still influenced (I liked the taste - a little sweetish and a lot of all kinds of grains!
I read the forum for a week))))) before deciding on everything))
And today I have already tried to put the leaven ... We urgently need to lure the eldest daughter over to our side - she is for a healthy lifestyle
The husband is skeptical about baking, although he always scolds the store bread for mold on the third day))) But he is not indifferent to sweets, I’ll go now (the stove will cool down) I’ll make a cupcake for him and I will master the dough for pies and sweet pastries
THANK YOU!!!! everybody huge for tips and recipes, especially Shelene

Marina, I congratulate you on your excellent assistant! : flowers: Now your house will smell deliciously freshly baked bread!

And here we indulge in pizzas, HP is an excellent assistant in terms of kneading dough. I will soon become wider across myself with such a maneuver. But to refuse fresh baked goods is beyond my strength ...

Timofey, what a beauty. My son's dream is to have more and more.

Timofey, Bravo! (y) It turned out to be a real men's pizza with a lot of toppings. For such a yummy it would be nice to get a Princess pizza maker as well.
Now I make pizza to my peasants several times a week. It also contains casseroles, pastries, and a lot more delicious things.

I wanted to achieve the simultaneous baking of white and wheat-rye bread in small buckets.
As a result, yesterday I achieved what I wanted. Both breads were baked well, the roof did not fall off. Comments in the photo:

Recipe for wheat-rye bread according to the Polaris recipe book with minor changes:

1. 200 ml of naturally fermented kvass with released gas.
2.150 gr wheat flour
3.130 gr rye flour
4.1 teaspoon salt
5.1 teaspoon dry yeast
6.5 tablespoon sugar
7.2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
8.5 tablespoon of cumin - into the dispenser
9.0.5 tablespoon coriander - into dispenser

Recipe for wheat Homemade bread according to the Scarlet IS-MC412S01 multicooker recipe book with minor changes:

1.190 ml water
2.300 gr wheat flour
3.1 teaspoon dry yeast
4.2 teaspoon sugar
5.1 teaspoon salt

In both cases, I changed the order of the ingredients tab.

in warm water (kvass) I dissolved yeast and sugar. withstood 10 minutes (recommendation from Scarlet's book).
Then he poured it into molds and added balsamic vinegar for wheat-rye bread.
Then he poured the flour (for wheat-rye bread, he pre-mixed wheat and rye flour in a separate bowl).
Sprinkled sugar in both forms.
Baked in 1 (basic) mode, weight - 1 kg, crust - dark.
All.
Add caraway and coriander by taste.
Balsamic vinegar - to add sourness to rye bread, otherwise the bread seemed sweet to me from kvass alone.

Shelena
Gennady, you have got a beautiful bread. Tall, neat. Thanks for the helpful recipes and comments.
Old bear
Thank you for your kind words. I tried to analyze the experience of the forum participants and solve the problem of baking different breads from available products.

Shelena, why do you think the milk bread is heated first on the program - what does it give? And why, after the end of all programs, also remains on the heating for some time?
Old bear
Yesterday I repeated baking according to the above-described recipe and technology in order to exclude accidental success.
The result was repeated.

Shelena, why do you think the milk bread is heated first on the program - what does it give?
severyanka76, Perhaps the manufacturers planned that we would use dairy and fermented milk products from the refrigerator. This half hour is needed to equalize the temperature of the different ingredients. It seems to me that this program will be convenient to bake using compressed yeast. It will be enough to just stir them with the liquid and not activate, as usual. They will wake up perfectly in 30 minutes.
Quote: severyanka76

And why, after the end of all programs, also remains on the heating for some time?
Reheating after baking, as far as I know, is in all bread makers. Many people bake bread on a delayed basis. This function was conceived to get a warm loaf in the morning. That is, the bread ripens after baking, but remains warm. In addition, such heating prevents condensation from softening the bottom of the bread if you do not remove it immediately.
I only bake online, so I always take out the loaf immediately after baking.

is it red kvass? for example what? I do not drink kvass and therefore do not know what kind of natural fermentation.

I chose kvass which says "naturally fermented". In my case, there was "Rye Keg" kvass.

Of course, bread is the head of everything, but I, a sinner, love traditional pastries and old recipes. I was puzzled by the pie with fish, I baked them before, but there was a lot of fuss, and then the electro-mechanical helper in the house started up. So, first the products, then the process.

More.
So the recipe:
700 gr. cod
400 gr. river trout (one fish)
3 boiled eggs
3 medium onions
1 glass of commercial rice
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
3-4 tbsp. l. boulena
Salt, spices to taste.
Minced meat: cut the fish into small pieces, two onions in quarter rings and sputter (just a little), grind one onion in a blender or meat grinder, finely chop the eggs.
We mix fish, onions, rice, eggs, add spices. Attention - add sour cream and broth before equipping the pies. Yes, I almost forgot, when we cut fish into fillets, bones, heads, tails are boiled for broth, it will still come in handy for us.
With the test, everything is simple and fairly standard.
Milk 250 mg
Eggs 1 pc
Margarine 70 gr
Flour 500 gr
Sugar 50 (95) gr
Salt (fine) 1 tsp
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Mode - "Dough"
Replace the dough or let it stand for half an hour, mix the minced meat, now we heat the oven at 250 ° C and make the pies. Lubricate with an egg, load into the oven for 25-30 times, for 5-7 minutes. until the end, add a spoon or two of broth to the specially left, "unbuttoned" holes.
Bon Appetit!

I baked two white breads according to the Fast Pastry program.
1. according to the recipe book page 25 "quick baking". 1 tsp milk powder replaced with 50 ml of milk. 150 ml of water + 50 ml of milk = 200 ml.
2.prescription https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...291.0,
which is counted at 500 gr.
335 gr flour
175 ml water
Olive oil - 0.8 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 0.8 tbsp l.
Yeast - 0.8 tsp
Salt - 0.8 tsp
I got this:

In both cases, sugar and yeast were added to the liquid. Stir until dissolved and waited for 10-15 minutes.
Then he filled in the molds and added the rest. I think the stable "roof" of my pastries is this.
The second is more like a loaf in taste, but smaller and paler.
The first one is taller and more rosy and also looks like a loaf.

I had to help interfere at first with a silicone spatula.
Probably it was necessary to put the shovels from small buckets. They are taller, and the book says that they are for baking rye dough.
At the end of the second batch, I pulled out the shoulder blades and that's what I got.
The bread was again pleased with the stability of baking and taste.
Recently I bought Borodino bread, so I liked mine better.

Hello everybody! Now I am with you too!
Yesterday I became the owner of this miracle, and today, with trepidation and excitement, I loaded everything necessary for my first, in the classical sense of bread. Before that, I had an experience with a slow cooker, made focacha (a rather strange cake 15 cm high) and Irish soda bread (a more pleasant and tasty experiment, but rather unsweetened cake).
HP has been around this model since June, periodically refusing to buy and returning again and rereading this forum. Many thanks to everyone for sharing your experience!
And here is my first! "Basic" program.

I thought I would bake bread two or three times a week ... Aha! For the third day in a row, but this is probably so at first, until we are full. Well, at the same time I'm experimenting. First I tried the recipe with corn flour on the "Basic" program, I thought it wouldn't work, but it turned out great, although it turned out to be not too light and with some kind of "waist" in the middle.

While the filling machine is running, there are three of them - cabbage with an egg, mushrooms with onions, minced meat
# 1.300-400 gr. thinly chop cabbage, three there one carrot, mix, salt one or two tsp. Putting aside
# 2.400-500 gr. champignons, originally forest mushrooms, but the weather we have are such that it turned out to be easier to buy, cut into cubes, lightly fry in a dry frying pan, add onions and simmer until most of the released water evaporates, salt / first to taste.
# 3. 500 grams of minced meat, I have a pig, I wanted to make it with a turkey, but it was not in my favorite and trusted store. We also fry, add onions, spices and, most importantly, three tablespoons of fatty sour cream.
We get this
