Berry Diet Cheesecake

Ingredients

Curd 9% 200 g
Kefir 1% 150 ml
Berries (cranberry and chokeberry) 100 g
Gelatin / Agar Agar 2 tbsp. l
Honey 1 tsp
Water 340 ml

Cooking method

  • 1. Cook compote from berries (maximum 2 minutes, the main thing is that the color is saturated). Grind with a blender. Add 1 tsp honey.
  • For those who do not like the peel from berries, even chopped, I advise you to knead the berries in a compote and strain them before adding honey.
  • 2. Mix 1 tbsp. l gelatin with 70 ml of water at room temperature, add the swollen gelatin to the compote, mix and pour into silicone molds so that the compote takes up half the volume of the mold and refrigerate. After 30-40 minutes, the berry mass will harden
  • 3. Mix cottage cheese, kefir with a blender. Dissolve 1 tbsp. l of gelatin in 70 ml of water, add to the kefir-curd mass and beat.
  • 4. Pour the curd-kefir mass on top of the frozen berry and also leave for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator
  • Bon Appetit

The dish is designed for

700gr

Time for preparing:

15 minutes

Note

Only sour berries filling is suitable for dinner.
For an afternoon snack / snack, you can make a fruit filling from apples, pears and other water-containing fruits

Caloric content is about 100-120 kcal per 100 g.
For completely adherents of a diet, instead of honey, you can put stevia and cottage cheese, you can add low-fat soft cottage cheese. But in my opinion, fat-free is not very tasty.

I am comfortable with the lack of sugar in my food, so my cheesecake tastes mildly sour. But at the same time, the craving for sweets in the evening beats off very well. Yes, and it tastes good to me, maybe I even drink cranberry compote without sugar. For those who find it difficult without sugar, you can add stevia to taste or a little more honey. Honey, although high in calories, is healthier than sugar

What a beautiful rose it turned out! Nadyush, and this is your silicone mold for cupcakes in the form of roses, right? The other day I made a large order of all kinds of kitchen crap and I came across such forms. God only knows why I gave them up. Now I'm so sorry! It turns out that such beauty is obtained, just lovely! Now I will definitely buy and also will create such roses. Thanks for the delicious and beautiful dessert!

Lena, thanks. Yes, these are silicone molds. I love them dearly. With them it really turns out gently and beautifully (washing is really horror-horror). And the portion just fits. I can't take a picture - they are still busy. But there are 6 pieces in one form

Oh, Nadul, and I got 15 roses on the form! Maybe the size of the roses themselves is different? And how many centimeters do you have the diameter of the roses, please tell me?

Lenul itself is a 28x17 form in it 6 pieces with a diameter of 8cm. The form says Regent
