Pineapple fried in caramel with ice cream

Ingredients

A pineapple 200 g
Sugar 200 g
Water 100 ml
Cinnamon 1 stick
Anise 1 PC.
Vanilla extract several drops
Lemon zest 1/2 pcs.
Ice cream 50 g
Mint 2-3 leaves

Cooking method

  • Prepare a syrup from water and sugar, to which we add cinnamon, anise, vanilla and zest. When it boils down and becomes thick, fry the pineapple in it until soft. Put the finished pineapple on a plate, attach ice cream balls on top and decorate with mint.
