I want to thank the author again for the wonderful recipe. It turns out a very tender, tasty casserole. The son demands constantly, he carries lunch with him to work (I am a supporter of homemade food). So now there is a little problem. The son was treating someone at work, not only did everyone decide it was cheese, they now demand a recipe.
But they ask if it will turn out the same, but in the oven. I found it difficult to answer.
Mams, how do you think about the oven?
Happy birthday!
Mams
guliko, You can in the oven. On the forum there is a recipe for real cheesecake. There is one complication. The form with the curd mass must be wrapped in foil, and put in another, large form, filled with hot water. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Do not open the oven during baking, and within an hour after it. You can even let it cool for about 2 hours. After that, put the cheese in the refrigerator, let it cool for 6-8 hours, you can overnight. In the morning we take out, serve and eat quickly. We put the crushed cookies with butter under the mass (this will be the cake). And if instead of cottage cheese we take Philadelphia cream cheese or the like (nature, carat now makes a similar one, almette, etc.) - then it will definitely be a real cheesecake!

Bon appetit, thanks for the congratulations.
guliko
Mams, thanks for the consultation. Once again, I want to thank you for the casserole.
Thank you.

Girls, is it really possible to make baked goods in an ordinary bowl? Or will it burn? And then I want to - and pricks, I'm afraid I'll pick out the cheesecake with a spoon.

I got a sole, from which a lot of liquid flowed when it cooled down (there was just a puddle in the plate). Can the starch still be at the rate? I put 4 tbsp. l. with small slides for 1200g of cottage cheese. Homemade fat cottage cheese. In short, not a single casserole I have yet worked out normally))).
Charm
I TODAY MADE WITH MANKA INSTEAD OF STARCH. It turned out VERY WORTHY!
THANK YOU!

Thanks for the recipe! I did 115 degrees in DD2 for 1 hour. This is from 650 grams of cottage cheese. I took out a warm one and not very well - it crumpled with me, so I will not expose the photo. But delicious! I've already eaten half!
inka_kot
Sweetlana78, VERY beautiful and appetizing !!!! Well, the picture is simple!

shlyk_81Did you close the valve while languishing? I want to try today ..

: yahoo: Good afternoon, everyone. I made this casserole today. This is something .... I cooked strictly according to the recipe. It's simple. And the result exceeded all my expectations. !!!!! While the phone was contaminated, in order to take a photo later, my precious nephew (14 years old) killed half of it. I just managed to separate a piece for breakfast. Cooking is quick, easy ... Now, this is the only way I will make a casserole. Thanks for the great recipe.
shlyk_81
Andrei, yes, the valve did not close. Thank you, Masha, for answering!
shlyk_81
You can’t cook this casserole at night))) I’ve done almost half of it again. I barely crawl away from the table)))
Mams
Girls, bon appetit! It's so great to read your feedback messages. Tomorrow I'll run for cottage cheese myself, I'll spoil my own

Olga, the casserole turned out to be delicious, tender, and most importantly the children liked it! Made for 600 gr. cottage cheese with dried cherries. Thank you!

True, when hot is like jelly. I didn’t even understand what people were talking about, pointing out the similarity to cheesecake ... "I probably didn’t eat normal cheesecakes" I thought :)))
When I tried it the next day, I understood what it was!
I've tried making cheesecakes before and nothing came close. And then cooking is also easier and such a result!
It remains to turn into a real cheesecake.
I went to think how :)
Thank you very much! I'm amazed!
Mams
Vooky, Thank you! Enjoy

Mams, Olya, tell me, will such a miracle turn out from a soft second?

One casserole recipe recommends separating the egg yolks and whipping with cottage cheese and sugar. Then mix gently with whites and bake.
tana33
oooooo !!!!
what recipe))))) I will definitely do))))
Natusya
I also came with a report
I made cottage cheese from 600g, and since I sat down on Ducan again, I replaced sugar with sugar. deputy. She reported on the topic of diet. Delicious
Yesterday they ate warm, today cooled down seemed even tastier

Girls, urgently! Now we need to make this casserole. I have 650 grams of cottage cheese and small eggs. How many eggs should you lay?

And one more thing: if anyone has tried to make the dough in Kesh, then with what nozzle and at what speed, tell me, please.
Mams
Natsus, count, for 200 grams of cottage cheese - 1 egg. But the eggs are big. Therefore, if they are small, then on your weight there will be 4 of them, not three.

I didn't do it in the cache, since I don't have it, I did it with a simple mixer with whisk. The most important thing here is not to kill the eggs, when you add them, put them on a low speed so that they are exactly rubbed and not beaten.

Girls, I'm very glad that you are using the recipe. Tomorrow I'll go for the cottage cheese myself. Provoked
Natusya
And I just stirred with a spoon ...
kavmins
but as a souffle it didn't work out for me, a very tender casserole came out ... apparently the cottage cheese is not the same, I took the usual soft in packs, but still - very tasty, especially since I can't stand cottage cheese at all, but I crumbled this casserole with pleasure ..)) thanks for the recipe
Natusichka
Wow !!!!! And I got such yummy !!!!!!!
Olya, I hate cottage cheese, but I ate this casserole in pieces !!!!

So, I'm telling you how I did it in Kesh. My husband rubbed the cottage cheese through a colander sieve, put it in a bowl, a K-scale attachment, added sugar and vanilla sugar, at the highest speed for several minutes, then added starch and sour cream (I have a store one), beat it for a few minutes, then set the minimum speed and introduced eggs one at a time. Poured it into a bowl, poured dried cherries on top. Baked in Shteba on "porridge", as indicated in the recipe, opened in 30-40 minutes.
Baked yesterday evening, ate today, BOMB !!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for this recipe !!!!!

For comparison, I also want to try to make the dough with a flexi nozzle. Then I will unsubscribe.
Mams
Natusichka, I'm terribly glad it turned out delicious! Moreover, it is good today and tomorrow. But the next day it tastes better, that's for sure.

kavmins, cottage cheese is better than ordinary. Soft here will be too soft. For him, add a little more starch. Well this is in my opinion. Try it with regular curd. And if you are not too lazy and rub through a sieve, the result will be even better!
Tatius82
Good day! Thanks for the recipe! It turns out very tasty casserole, but I just can't achieve such airiness and porosity as yours. 1 time I baked in the oven 180 with steam, as you advise on page 3, it went up very high in the oven, but then it settled 2 times, the second time I tried Cambrok for funkts in a multicooker. multi-cook 1h. 15min and temperature 160g. turned out completely tanned. It tasted better, the one from the oven. So I'm thinking about trying porridge in a slow cooker for the function, or can such beauty come out only in a pressure cooker?

Tatius82, I cooked in Shteba, it turned out very tasty, but also there is no that airiness, the structure is the same as in your photo, I suppose that I have a problem with cottage cheese ...
MixElla
Thank you very much for the recipe! For the first time, such a tender and airy casserole has turned out. Delicious!

Curd casserole a la Cheesecake (Steba DD1 pressure cooker)As always, everything is very tasty. I tried it in the Element.

The original casserole! True, I made from 400 g of cottage cheese, so it turned out low. Liked!
Mams
What a good recipe. Several years have passed, and it is still relevant. Thanks for using! And most importantly, what you like. Bon Appetit.
Olga_Ma
Mams, Olga, I also baked a casserole according to your recipe, it turned out to be low and tanned, probably a little starch and a lot of sugar, but tasty. I baked baking in Marte on the baking program, the temperature in it is 140, and what is the baking temperature in Stebe?
Mams
Olgahow much cottage cheese did you use? If less than 500-600 grams, then it will be low. I didn't measure it at Shtebe, honestly. But I don't think it's below 130-140. I made this recipe in Panas, and there the temperature is even higher. About 160 degrees. By the way, I did it in the oven at 160 degrees - it also worked out great.

Is your Martha heating too much? This means that you need to reduce the cooking time for it. Each multicooker has its own troubles
Olga_Ma
Olga, I agree, the multi is all different, with their own troubles, the cottage cheese was 720 grams, I will definitely try again
