Dried fruits in syrup

Ingredients

Red wine 1 bottle
Cognac 150 ml
Cinnamon 1 stick
Carnation 6 pcs.
Green boxes of cardamom 4 things.
Vanilla 1 pod
Unpeeled orange 1 PC.
Dried cherries 100 g
Dried apricots 250 g
Dried peaches 250 g
Kishmish 100 g
Dried pineapple 250 g
Dried figs 250 g
Raisins 250 g
Sugar 250 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Open boxes of cardamom, put in a bag, along with a cinnamon stick and cloves, put the bag in a saucepan. Pour in wine, bring mixture to a boil, remove saucepan from heat and set to cool.
  • 2. Dried apricots, peaches, figs and pineapple cut into medium-sized pieces with scissors. Pour dried fruits into a bowl, mix with wine, sugar and spices, cover the bowl. The mixture should be infused within 24 hours.
  • 3. Remove the bag of spices, pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over low heat to dissolve the sugar. Cook the mass for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fill the jars, soak the fruit in the syrup and seal it immediately.

Note

I myself really love jam and confiture, but since this jam contains alcohol, I haven't tasted it, but my husband, who always claims that he doesn't like sweets, couldn't tear himself away, well, I really liked it. Of course, there is a lot of trouble, but what cannot you do to pamper your beloved husband. Spoil your loved ones too! I think the result is worth it!
