Miso shiro with smoked eel

Ingredients

Miso pasta 50 gr.
Wakame seaweed 50 gr.
Hondashi (dashi) broth 1 tbsp. l.
dried shiitake mushrooms 5 pieces.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Smoked eel 150 gr.
Green onion
Sesame is light.
Kombu seaweed 10 gr.
Water 1 l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Toss the kombu into boiling water. Boil for a couple of minutes and take out.
  • 2. Dilute miso paste, pour into a saucepan.
  • 3. Dilute Khondashi (fish broth), pour in.
  • 4. Some wakame seaweed is pre-soaked. I throw it straight into boiling water.
  • 5. Eel, cut into thin slices, throw in a couple of minutes until cooked.
  • It would be nice to add a spoonful of sake. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds
