Biscotti with nuts and chocolate

Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs
powdered sugar 100 g
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
flour 150 g
baking powder 0.5 tbsp. l.
cinnamon 1 tsp
dark chocolate 50 g
chopped almonds 50 g
pine nuts 50 g

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs, sah. Beat powder and vanilla sugar until firm.
  • Pour baking powder into sifted flour and combine with the egg mixture. Mix. Add chocolate, almonds and pine nuts.
  • Transfer the dough to a floured board, form a log and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes until it hardens.
  • Cut into 1 cm thick slices. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes, turning once to bake evenly.

It always seems to me that there will be a catch in his recipes. Well, this time it did not work out. It seemed to me a little flour, the mass barely kept its shape. You need at least 200gr, and maybe a little more.
There were no pine nuts or almonds, we put in hazelnuts and walnuts. Instead of dark chocolate - chocolate drops from iherb
