Not dry grain, Flax. Here's a mustard:

It doesn't have to be "French". Any grainy one in a jar will do.

Got it, thanks.

Yes, welcome!

Elena Tim!
I liked your recipe very much. I decided to do it. The experience of communicating with my Bork-Grumpy about 2 days. Maybe I should have practiced on something more elementary, but I immediately grabbed such a delicacy. Now, from every hiss of the valve cover, I jump up ...
Do you, too, constantly lose steam, or have I already done something wrong?

Little mouse, and what happened? Didn't get the boiled pork?

The cartoon really relieves the pressure from time to time, in different programs - in different ways.
Tell me what worries you or what didn't work out, and I'll try to figure out what is wrong.
Little mouse
Elena Tim, I apologize that I could not show the photo before. Actually, there would be nothing to show now. The plate ... is empty ...
Now I'm doing it again, but I warned my son that let it stretch for 3 days. And then he holds a sandwich in his right hand, and with his left he is trying to drag another piece. And under the table, dogs with burning eyes hypnotize the owner.
Thank you so much for the recipe! And it turned out not so scary)))

Oh, really, everything worked out great! And I was already scared ...
Very appetizing boiled pork!
I am very glad that you liked it!
Thank you for the delicious photo report! I would have pulled off a piece!
Little mouse
"Pulling" is transmitted remotely.
I tried to deceive my son-Type, well, I didn't have time. And he replies- We have a smell all over the floor. So don't be fooled .. .......

Elena, tell me, did you add liquid at all?

Did you add liquid at all?
I didn’t add it at all. There is enough juice in the meat to steam properly. And then, at the end, the juice is evaporated and baked.
Little mouse
I apologize. I'm not Elena, but no liquid is added. Firstly, the bowl is non-stick, and secondly, the liquid will appear on its own.
I have Bork-700.

But it doesn't evaporate with me. So a small puddle remains at the bottom. Now you have to wash with your hands, it is forbidden to put the bowl in the dishwasher.
Little mouse
Elena Tim, question!
How do you wash the bowl? Yesterday, however, after the first preparation, I put it in the PM without powder. And today I washed it with my hands .. phew! the fat is so nasty. Do you put your bowls in the dishwasher?

There was probably a lot of water in the meat itself. It must be dried with paper towels in the most thorough way so that the piece is as dry as possible. This prevents excess moisture from entering the pot.

God forbid! In no case. At the moment there will be nothing left of her, of the cup, I mean. I just take this very fatty bowl, pour dishwashing soap into it and fill it with very hot tap water.I shake the pan a little so that the water spins there, the fat immediately binds with soap and you can safely pour out and wash as usual. A large amount of fat will no longer interfere. It remains only to lather the sponge again and rinse off the remains. Five-minute business!

Fathers! I missed this moment altogether. I didn’t dry it at all. We need to add to the recipe. Thank you.
And I understood about the cup. My laziness was terribly upset.
Elena Tim
Oh, yes, I myself am lazy, like ... I don't know hto! There are no such more!
But to be honest, even I enjoy washing this cup. It's just that I've never met such a high-quality non-stick coating in my life. Whatever is fried is washed off instantly. This is the first time I've seen this.
Julia ***
Thanks for the quick response. I do not know which bowl is in the bork, but I think that it is the same as in my cuckoo. It is a pleasure to wash it. I used a soapy sponge once and everything was clean. Out of laziness, I started doing all the baking in a multicooker, so that it was easier to wash the pan.

Elena TimWhat a beautiful meat! I'll take it to the mink !!!!! Thank you !!!!!!
Elena Tim
And again - to your health!
