Cooking method

  • Remove fillet from smoked chicken breast and cut into small cubes.

  • Chop greens (dill, parsley). Chop the garlic with a press.
  • Combine chopped chicken, herbs, garlic and a spoonful of sour cream (or yogurt). Mix well.

  • If your lavash is big, just huge, like mine, as much as 80 cm, then one lavash is enough for the whole pie. If the pita bread is the usual size, you will need to take two pieces.
  • Cut a piece of pita bread equal to the size of your shape. Grease the form with butter or vegetable oil and lay a circle of lavash.

  • Apply 1/3 of the filling to the remaining pita bread. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese on top.

  • Roll the pita bread into a roll and cut into stumps, just above the height of your form.

  • Put the stumps in a mold, distribute the tomato circles between the stumps and pour in the filling, for which mix the cream and the egg.
