Ingredients

Filling:
Bananas 2-3 pcs
Raisins 2 handfuls
Brown sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Dough:
Fresh yeast 11 g (4 g dry)
Wheat flour 300 g
Egg 1 PC
Warm water 45 g
Butter 100 g
Vegetable oil 50 g
Salt pinch
Sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Bolinhos - Brazilian biscuits
  • Grind the yeast with sugar (if the yeast is dry, then mix with flour). Beat butter, egg, salt and warm water, yeast in a food processor. Then add flour, salt and knead the dough. It will be elastic, not sticking to your hands.
  • Turn on the oven to preheat 200aboutFROM.
  • Put the dough on top, cover with a towel.
  • Prepare the filling: cut the bananas into pieces, mix with sugar, cinnamon and raisins.

Knead - and immediately roll it into a rectangular layer. Cut off all the irregularities to get an even rectangle.
