Ingredients

Beef (neck) 350 gr.
Pearl barley 3/4 cup
Onion 1 average
Carrot 1 average
Potatoes 2 average
Pickle 1 large
Salted green tomatoes 3 small
Fresh tomato 1 PC.
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. spoons
Greens (dill, parsley)

Cooking method

  • First, thoroughly rinse the pearl barley, in several waters, rubbing it with your fingers, until the water is transparent. Then pour boiling water over, cover with a plate and set aside. Now we cut: meat - into cubes 1.5-2 cm; bow - arbitrarily; carrots - in thin strips or on a coarse grater; salinity - 1 cm cubes, tomato - large cubes, potatoes - the same as meat. Pour 1 tbsp into a multi bowl. spoon rast. oil and turn on the "Oven" level 3; heat up for 1 minute. We spread the meat and evaporate all the juice for 5 minutes. Then add the rest of the oil and onion, fry for 3 minutes (during this time, both the onion and the meat will brown). Tomato is next. pasta. We fry for 1 minute and turn off the "Oven". We wash the pearl barley again in cold water and lower it into the cartoon. We add everything that we cut, pour boiling water to the level of 3 liters. We cook on the "Multipovar" 95 deg. 50 minutes. If you are not sure about the boilability of your potatoes, then feel free to set the time to 60 minutes, nothing will happen to the pickle. At the end of cooking, add salt (if needed), add chopped herbs and a couple of crushed cloves of garlic. Close the lid and leave to "rest" for 5 minutes. All. Bon Appetit! Lenus showed your recipe to her husband, in response ABOUT THEME, WILL YOU DO TOMORROW?, Now I think how? Something recently, my toothless privatized the entire multicooker (I'm starting to wonder if it's cool for a seven-month-old), I'll either have to move the middle one with porridge or the older one with an omelet, I really want a new device, I'll please my husband. Thank you for the recipe.

Oh, Gal, I have guests, so I couldn't come in earlier. Wait just put everyone and instantly here.
But since you still haven't written anything, I can only hope that I liked the pickle.
Gala
Lenok, cooked pickle, it turned out delicious. I will take a photo when it will be light, otherwise today it did not work, while I cooked, there was not enough light.
Elena Tim
Well, thank God! And then I think, some kind of suspicious calm ...
What did you cook in? What's your cartoon?
