Ingredients

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Dried tomatoes 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Wash, peel and cut the vegetables as you like (into strips, slices, cubes)
  • Turn on the Frying mode, by default there is 30 minutes, it is not necessary to change the time, we set the maximum temperature - 150C.
  • Pour 1 tbsp into the bowl. l. oils. We close the lid and are engaged in further preparation of the ingredients, in parallel we monitor the temperature sensor. As soon as it reaches 150C, it starts frying. My MV reached 150C in 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Cut the sausage into small strips and put in hot oil together with onions and carrots.
  • Now we need to periodically stir our frying so that nothing burns and lay in celery, pepper and at the end meat in stages.
  • When the meat is sealed, add the potatoes and dried tomato, break it into small pieces.
  • Pour water to the level of 2 liters, cancel the Frying (there are still 15 minutes left on the display) and start the manual mode, which is called "Settings" here. Time 1 hour, temperature 110C. The boiling was strong, the lid got dirty, so you can put 105C, but it was more interesting for me to install 110C.
  • After 30 - 40 minutes add beans. I had Heinz white beans in tomato sauce, I put everything in the soup, including the sauce, to thicken the soup. You can do it without sauce, if you don't like it.
  • When the program is over, add the herbs (if you wish, you can still crushed garlic) and let it stand for another 5 minutes.

I had already lost the habit of multicooker speeds, therefore I took canned beans, and the meat, although it was cut like goulash, did not melt in my mouth in an hour of cooking. But it's still delicious, you can cook this without meat. If without meat, then the cooking time is reduced to 20 minutes so that the potatoes have time to cook. So the lean option is the fastest)))
