I really liked the girl on the Dyson Hotline.
I bought a dyson dc62 animal pro. A couple of weeks have passed, I turn it on, and it seems to work in a pulse mode. Whack .... whack ..
I was scared, I think - marriage.
It was Saturday.
I'm calling. And the girl explained everything to me so sweetly. that I had some kind of fuse that covers the container, I straightened it with my finger and it all worked.

I unsubscribe on the service. We looked, smelled, said that a slight smell of dust is the norm, but the fact that it intensified in my mind is the consequences of washing the filter. Allegedly, although it is written in the instructions that it is washable, they do not recommend washing. It is after washing that even a well-dried filter begins to smell terribly of a wet rag. The filter was changed to a new one.

What is it like? I've already washed the filter a couple of times, it doesn't smell.
Change your filter for free?
But the telephone diagnostics was definitely not right, it's good that you took him.

Adelia, for which I bought and sell)))) changed for free. But this was not an official appeal to the service, I will write in a personal.

I have 2 dysons dc 32 - I bought it only because of the maximum number of nozzles .... he is like a horse TTT and to this day plows it regularly, washing it 1 time a year (bowl), filters 2 times a year.
Cons noisy (for me this is not a problem) and the parquet would scratch if the button was not pressed after cleaning the carpet (I remembered this, but my housekeeper did not). I regularly take it to the dacha in May and vacuum everything and everything .... the house is covered in pollen from cypress trees, sonny allergic, then we calmly drive no urticaria, sneezes and conjunctivitis.
Dc37 husband bought I do not know why, but .... small maneuverable quiet in comparison with the first and the biggest joy was the parquet nozzle and the turbo two pieces. the filter is also washed every 6 months. I have been using it for 4 years

Dyson Information
If the vacuum cleaner is already without warranty service, then you can order (with a visit to your home) diagnostics, cleaning-washing of the entire vacuum cleaner, its parts, hose, replacement of filters - the cost of work is 1000 rubles. If necessary, the vacuum cleaner will be taken to the service, cleaned and brought back, then you need to pay for the delivery.
The price includes only the cost of services-work. If you need to replace filters or other spare parts, they are purchased at the service.

They just returned to me with home delivery (in Dmitrov) my Dyson-25 vertical - all clean, washed, new filters were installed, the whole shines with cleanliness

Well, if with a guarantee - no problem. They will also take away, check, replace, return to the place

Do I understand correctly that you need to call the official Dyson service or by a separate number?

I called by phone and ordered a master with a visit to the house, so as not to take the vacuum cleaner by taxi to Moscow (far and expensive).
But, you can also deliver the vacuum cleaner to the workshop yourself.

Thank you! The most problematic, I'd rather order a master)

Girls came for a consultation.
Do I understand correctly that these Dysons are small rechargeable and large wired?
What is the difference between the models in each group, or should you just take the latest model in each of these lines.
What are the most useful attachments and is everything in each kit? Or do you need to buy separately?
And is it necessary to have both models or just one is enough? Are their tips interchangeable?
Our area is small, there are no carpets, but there is a dog, as well as a lot of dusty surfaces above the floor level.
Miranda1980
Dysons are different, do you lean more towards wired or rechargeable? The rechargeable battery is convenient in that it hangs behind the refrigerator and does not take up space, in principle, you cannot hide the usual one, but its power is what you need! but if there are no carpets, then the best, in my opinion, the V6 is the latest model. There is also a turbo mode, in which it works like a full-size vacuum cleaner and the Absolute plus model has a nozzle for hard surfaces.
Olga VB
Irina, I still do not know what I am leaning towards, because I have not yet fully understood this issue.
Is there enough volume in the battery for full cleaning? there, probably, a small container for dust? And does he cope, for example, with corrosive sofa dust?
MariV
I have a rechargeable one.
Knor
Olga VB, vertical with a turbo brush is quite powerful, but in turbo mode it is generally so. They clean sofas well. And the dust container can be easily emptied if it has accumulated and removed further. I have both the vertical and the simplest (ds 29 allergy). Both are in demand. I don’t have enough small one for full cleaning with sofas, but if I need support, then great. The attachments are replaceable, the kit is enough. I bought more for high surfaces, but I never made friends, did not understand the convenience.

Cope, only the operating time is limited, like any battery.

I use a battery as a broom, for express cleaning for every day, enough for a time to "sweep" a kopeck piece. And then you need to charge for 3 hours, and you can clean the cabinets from dust and so on ...
I do a lot of cleaning with a vertical powerful model 25 (I bought it for a long time) - completely satisfied.

Both vacuum cleaners are powerful, the attachments are interchangeable, you can have one set and use for two vacuum cleaners.
At the beginning of the topic, I showed my broom and attachments to them.

For me today, these are the most comfortable vacuum cleaners I have ever had.

And the service from Dyson is very good. We arrived, took it with us, cleaned it, changed it and returned it back. And even the dispatcher then checked the work of the craftsmen, gave a year's guarantee for new "spare parts"
thrift
My Dyson, 15 years old, only broke one small pimp on the nozzle. The vacuum cleaner is great.

I like it, I just had to adapt. You can clean the top of the cabinet, do not twist the lamps at a height, but vacuum directly from the bottom. Application was found
Olga VB
Thank you girls for convincing!
I'm going to deal with the models
Tatoshenka
Admin, my nozzles are not interchangeable: girl_cray1: which turbo big and small from the battery do not fit a large vacuum cleaner. And vice versa. Although those that bought additional fit. The small attachments that came with the kit fit. In short, not everything is as rosy for me as I wanted. I won't tell you the model right away. I do not remember. But the big is fuchsia and the little is purple. When I am at home I will photograph the difference in the attachments.
Admin

That's right, turbo nozzles shouldn't fit together, these are personal nozzles.
The broom has its own turbo nozzle which is good for cleaning carpets (I trained today, and not only today))).
A broom, he is a broom - why does he need a powerful turbo from a vacuum cleaner And it is difficult to remove nozzles from a vacuum cleaner, I never do this
The rest of the attachments are well replaceable, I checked it myself and use it often.
Tatoshenka
Tatyana, Thanks for clarifying. : rose: But I and other large nozzles from a large vacuum cleaner are not suitable, for example, for parquet.
But the good news is that the purchased extra. nozzles fit.
notka_notka
Olga, a good choice of brand of vacuum cleaner. I have Dyson DC41C Allergy Parquet for almost 6 years. We are very happy with it. Works great with no power loss. It's hard to vacuum the rugs in the bathroom and toilet, however, to vacuum - since they strive almost entirely to get involved in the vacuum cleaner. Happy shopping!

Natasha, when buying vacuum cleaners and attachments to them, you need to look at the line of replaceability and compatibility of items. This is always indicated in the note to vacuum cleaners and their spare parts.
Miranda1980

still enough! turbo mode is all about power! I have long hair and fall out often, and the harnesses in the kitchen are soft and raggy. So he vacuums everything perfectly! There is enough container. If anything - I pressed the button and everything fell into the trash.
Sikorka
The girls came for the advice of experienced
You need to buy a vertical vacuum cleaner, looked at the reviews on the dice, they write that the ds45 model does not pull and turns off after five minutes. Instead of a regular vacuum cleaner, I need to collect my hair, broken glass, debris, clean the carpet, if there is any nozzle to crawl into narrow places.
Of course I want to take it not expensive, but I don’t know if it will be good. There are many models, what would you recommend?
Arbena

You never know what they write ... I have DC45 for almost 3 years, it works every day, pulls perfectly. It turns off after about 20 minutes, as expected. And if someone suddenly does not pull, then you can fix it, there is a guarantee for that.
Sikorka
Great! Tell me, can a carpet be cleaned like that? I just need to replace a regular vacuum cleaner with a light one.
Admin

I perfectly clean the carpet with a Dyson Broom, it has enough power for this
-Elena-
Hello everyone! I have ds45. Every day I work to clean the carpet with a long pile. Only I bought a flat nozzle for low furniture.
It perfectly cleans smooth and fleecy surfaces.

Sikorka, Good day! If I understand correctly, then you are considering the Dayson DC45 cordless cordless vacuum cleaner for purchase.
I have the same vacuum cleaner - Dayson DC62. I'm happy with it. But it seems to me that it cannot replace a regular vacuum cleaner. (IMHO). It has low suction power in economy mode.
Now I will try to answer your questions:
1. In economy mode it works for 20 minutes, as stated by the manufacturer.
2. Broken glass and sharp objects cannot be removed (according to the instructions)
3. The handle of the vacuum cleaner is quite heavy, since it contains a battery (over time I got used to it and no longer notice its weight).
4. The carpet cleans up and - it's not bad if you do it every day (otherwise you will have to immediately clean the container).
5. For everyday cleaning it is like, but ..... general cleaning does not replace (IMHO).
I have it fixed permanently (convenient ... always at hand) and I (most often ...) use it to clean the hallway (remove the rug and dirty marks when entering the house) and the kitchen (after cooking or having a snack).

And yet I repeat (IMHO) - this is not a full-fledged vacuum cleaner. And given its price and the desire to use only one device, I would advise you to consider the models of Dayson vacuum cleaners in the same price category, but with a wire and more power.
But the choice is always yours! Good luck!

Admin
I have the same vacuum cleaner - Dayson DC62 showed it at the very beginning of the topic, there is a photo and a Broom and additional attachments to it.

Commenting on previous speaker:

Runs on a rechargeable battery, therefore time is limited.

About the handle - I did not notice the weight in it, it is easy to take, easy to work, easily rolls on the floor. And as to each device-object you need to get used to holding it comfortably in your hand, this is the reason for the "inconvenience", and not with the weight of the vacuum cleaner.

I clean a large carpet in the rooms, and not even every day - it sucks out dust and debris well, a change in the color of the pile is immediately noticeable.

And once again we repeat ALL OF US (owners of the dyson) that this model is positioned as a Broom !!!!!! for everyday cleaning, here and there in the apartment, where there is a need to sweep and clean something! A broom - it is also a broom in Africa, we use it where it is necessary to remove it at the moment, so as not to spin a large vacuum cleaner. I use a broom many times during the day - sometimes there is a problem in the kitchen, then sand has fallen from the street in the hallway, then .... a lot of "that", and the broom is always at hand.
The working time of the broom is limited!
I bribed additional attachments for it (compatible with Dyson, see the photo in the first post) and I can freely remove dust from furniture, clean the mattress, window sill, clean furniture, shelves and much more - but this is in small volumes and every day little by little. A nice addition - you can remove the extension tube from the broom, and put the attachments almost flush with the flask, then it is convenient for them to clean "at short distances", for example, dust from the TV set, bedside tables, and clean the mattress (a special attachment for dust). Or vice versa, put on a special nozzle on a long tube and clean bookshelves or a tall cabinet at the top, without standing on a stepladder.
The flask is designed for 400 ml. so I shake the dust out of it after each cleaning - yes, it's not a problem!
In this sense, the BROOM for me SPECIALLY replaces the main Dyson vacuum cleaner.

BUT THE BASIC AND LARGE CLEANING SHOULD BE DONE WITH A BIG VACUUM CLEANER! Which has more capabilities, connects to the network, rides long distances, has more power, and a margin of operating time for a long time (without recharging).
Esvt
....... "I clean the large carpet in the rooms, and not even every day" ......

Tatyana! Good day!
It is immediately clear that the carpet is outside the city (the carpet was lucky ....), and not in Moscow, next to the Moscow Ring Road !!!

In this case, even if the battery pack is not enough for the whole apartment, you can vacuum in 2 stages.
We recently gave away our DC45 (it is in good working order) and bought a V6. Also Dysonian, new model, more powerful. But more expensive.
If you buy instead the main one, then maybe it's worth looking at the V6?

Wired work from an outlet, you need to turn it on, connect with a wire and into an outlet.
Wireless work from a battery - you need to charge, the operating time is limited, they do not have a cord-wire.

SikorkaWell, wired ones may not be very large (especially from Dyson), but in order to advise something, you need to know your tasks and the price you can spend.
And wireless - yes, I agree, maneuverable and always at hand!
