Assorted cauliflower and broccoli in an omelette with cheese in an air fryer

Ingredients

Cauliflower (frozen) about 150-200g
Broccoli (frozen) about 150g-200
Egg 3 pcs
Sour cream 3-4 tbsp. l.
Milk 150 ml or bring eggs and sour cream + milk up to 500 ml
Salt, pepper to taste
Cheese 100g

Cooking method

  • Defrost the cabbage a little.
  • Beat eggs, with sour cream and milk, bring this volume to 500 ml.
  • Put the cabbage in a baking bowl, fill it with an omelet mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • We bake until tender for about 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 200-180 degrees

Time for preparing:

30-35 minutes

Note

I really love such dishes, I just adore all kinds of cabbage (except for Brussels sprouts)

thanks for the recipe. Made in a new model in a pan for Easter cake like Tanya's: cauliflower frozen (400 gr) poured the specified mixture without cheese). I did not defrost cabbage, did not warm up the device. 160 degrees for 17 minutes. I opened it, saw that it was moving away from the walls, sprinkled it with cheese (there were 130 grams) and 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Everything turned out very well. Even the son, who does not eat cauliflower, ate with great pleasure. Thanks again for the recipe. AE very necessary thing

Tatiana thank you very much for the recipe, today I made it in a new airfryer - everything turned out very tasty. I cooked for 20 minutes at t200 from fresh cauliflower / pre-boiled a little in boiling water / and without cheese. Thanks again
