Wheat bread in the oven every day

Ingredients

Opara
wheat flour 1c 250 grams
water 160ml
fresh yeast 7 grams
Dough
all dough
wheat flour 1c 180 grams
whole grain flour 70 grams
milk 160ml
salt 2 tsp
sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • We prepare the dough: crumble the yeast into warm water, stir, knead with flour (dough or pizza mode, 15 minutes), leave for 2-3 hours.
  • Stir sugar and salt in warm milk, add to the dough, flour there, knead for 15 minutes, leave for another 1 hour.
  • Take out the dough, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, roll it out into a cake, roll it up, shape and put in a mold.
  • Put a tray with boiling water down in the turned off oven, put a mold with dough above, close and leave for 1 hour.
  • Turn on the oven at 220 degrees, turn it off after 50 minutes, take out the bread, leave to cool.
  • Wheat bread in the oven every day

6 o'clock

Note

The recipe was developed from a standard wheat bread recipe through trial and error, this is the form in which the whole family loves bread.

You can use dry yeast (1 teaspoon), you can bake in a bread maker (after kneading the dough, add the remaining ingredients, turn on the main baking program with a delay of 2-3 hours).
