Fried patties with spinach and egg

Ingredients

Dough
kefir 320 ml.
salt 1 tsp
soda 4 g
wheat flour / grade 500-600 g
egg 1 PC.
sugar 2 tsp
vegetable oil 3 tsp
Filling
spinach 200 BC
boiled egg 3-4 pcs.
butter 35 g
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
green onion 1 bundle
salt taste
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Fried patties with spinach and eggMelt the butter.
  • Fried patties with spinach and eggAdd washed, dried and chopped spinach to the pan. Mix. The spinach should change color and decrease in volume. Allow to cool.
  • Fried patties with spinach and eggChop the eggs and green onions.
  • Fried patties with spinach and eggAdd to the cooled spinach, salt and stir.
  • Fried patties with spinach and eggAdd soda, salt, sugar to kefir. Release the egg and pour in the oil. Mix. Gradually adding flour, knead into a soft dough. I write flour approximately. See how much your liquid will take.
  • Fried patties with spinach and eggGrease the table and hands with vegetable oil. Do not use flour anymore so that it does not burn when frying. Divide the dough into equal pieces. The size depends on your preference.

Angela, I often make pies with green onions in the spring! Both baked in the oven and fried! And the kefir dough does not seem to be a discovery. But what a discovery for me in this recipe is the addition to the familiar spinach filling! And her spinach is fed in the garden, but she herself did not think to add it to the filling. Although I did pies with spinach, chicken and mushrooms.

Angela, I have a grandmother from the Luhansk region ..... I grew up on such pies, though with a slightly different filling - mashed potatoes, green onions and an egg. This is now a family recipe, there were other pies, but these ..... Mmmmm .....My children are always waiting only for these pies and no others)))).
But I haven’t tried it with spinach .... We don’t plant it too much. But I think it's no less tasty. Maybe I'll put it on a test somehow, since frozen is not suitable.

And the third time I wrapped the minced meat left over from the chebureks, it turned out very well. The dough is gorgeous, not troublesome and very tasty. And most importantly - it is being prepared at a stroke. It is eaten in the same way.
