vegetable oil 3 tsp
water 100 ml.
butter 50 g
wheat flour, premium 500 BC
powdered milk 1 tbsp. l.
egg 1 PC.
yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Place all ingredients in the sequence recommended for your bread machine. I have a Panasonic 2502, first I put in all bulk products, then oils and liquids. Baking on mode No. 1 Basic 4 hours.

I got it as a result of experiment and variation on the theme of a burger bun 🔗... I made it with one bread and the whole family was very happy.
I called it "Autumn", because it tastes like "Autumn Horn". Ideal for breakfast.
My husband asked me to bake a watermelon bun, the combination is perfect. I highly recommend trying it!

biolact is a fermented milk drink, usually given in dairy kitchens, it is a little sweet. Can be found in stores in the baby food section in the refrigerator. In texture, in my opinion, it is very similar to yogurt, only sweeter. I did it on biolact.

I tried, for the sake of experiment, to replace biolact with kefir - the result justified expectations. Only 1 more tbsp. l. add sugar.

And what is the fat content of kefir? There is low-fat, almost like milk, and there is thick. Which is better? I think you can replace it with yogurt, then sugar will not need to be added. kefir 2.5%. The initial recipe meant natural yoghurt, that is, without any additives, and they (yoghurts), in my opinion, are about the same consistency.

I baked this bread today. But instead of yogurt, I poured 4% fermented baked milk (which was at home). Accordingly, she added another 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. It turned out very well.
