Cream pie with raspberries

Ingredients

Wheat flour, high quality 240gr.
Butter 150gr.
Yolk 4 things.
Sugar 125gr.
Wang. sugar 1 sachet
Baking powder 0.5h l.
Milk 500 ml.
Starch 1 st. l.
Cinnamon 1 stick
Raspberry 200gr.

Cooking method

  • From flour, 125g. sl. butter (soft) 2 yolks, 75g. sugar, 0.5 pack. van. sugar and baking powder, knead the dough. We smooth it into a mold with a diameter of 26 cm, level it with our fingers and make a side, put a preheated oven 180 g. for 20 minutes. Prepare the filling: Pour milk into a small saucepan, add the remaining butter and cinnamon and bring to a boil. 50g sugar, beat with two yolks, add starch, 0.5 pack. van. sugar and beat a little more. Remove the cinnamon and, continuing to beat the cream, pour in hot milk in a thin stream. Remove the crust from the oven, pour in the cream, put the raspberries on top and press in slightly. Send the tart to the oven for another 20-30 minutes. until the cream sets.
