I baked a similar bread completely on my own, and then found this recipe.
If you will allow me, I boast here, since the difference in the recipe is insignificant ...

Yeast - 1 tsp
Wheat flour 1st grade - 400 gr.
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Flax seeds - 1 tbsp l.
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp l.
Wheat bran - 1 tbsp. l.
Milk serum - 260 ml.

Stove Panasonic 2500, "Basic" mode, size M, medium crust

It turned out very tasty!

Thanks for the recipe - I became a favorite - I bake from 1 grade flour + (50g - bran and dry kvass) + I add fresh dill.

Today I tried it for the first time with a timer (I recently had a bread maker) - we arrived, and at home it’s so delicious! such a smell !!! - the bread was excellent and without me it turned out (I put it on the "French" mode). Thanks again !!!

Sonadora, everyone has different bread makers, please tell me you have a French mode, how many minutes you knead, how much proofing.

Krasnoyarochka, total time - 6 hours, preliminary temperature equalization before kneading from 60 to 120 minutes. The first batch is 10 minutes, the second for about 10 minutes. Precisely, unfortunately, I will not say. Proofing is long, without heating.

One of these days I will correct and add everything.

The seeds can be added immediately. Bread will not be worse because of this.

Please tell me I don't have first grade flour. Can be baked with premium flour with added bran. If so, how much bran should you add?

Admin, I understood correctly, first grade flour: 430 gr. wheat flour and 20 gr. bran crushed and sifted into flour?




I baked it. Soft as fluff :-)) Seeds are felt and especially sesame seeds (due to sesame oil). I did it not on water, but on potato broth. Not in vain. The bread rose well and quickly; additional proofing was not needed in time. My husband is very fond of such an openwork and airy structure of bread. I ate and praised the whole supper. We will repeat :-) MANY THANKS to the author for the recipe :-)
