Wheat flour 250 g
Rye flour 150 g
Flaxseed flour 1 tbsp. l.
(about 8 g)
Rye bran 1 tbsp. l.
Water + 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar 290-300 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil (unrefined) 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Dill dry 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • basic mode, size M
