Ingredients

dry yeast 1.5 tsp
wheat flour 1c. 450 g
potato broth (water) 300 g
salt 1.25 tsp
sugar 1.5 tbsp. l
sesame oil 25 g
flax seeds 20 g
sesame 20 g
sunflower seeds 20 g

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes in fresh water. Dissolve salt and granulated sugar in warm potato broth.
  • Put all the ingredients in the bucket of the bread machine in the order recommended by the instructions. I have a Panasonic, so yeast (saf-moment) is placed at the bottom, then flour, grain mixture, potato broth and sesame oil.
  • Mode - French bread.
  • After the signal, remove the bread from the bucket, transfer it to the wire rack and let it cool completely.
