  • I, of course, will not open America, and maybe there was already such a recipe here (then the moderators can safely delete it), but I liked the simplicity of execution and the result.

Note

The proportions are given for the redmond baby's multicooker.
The biscuit layer can be increased slightly so that it is 1/2 part of the casserole. But in this case, I wanted the curd layer to be larger.
I took this recipe from the multicooker website. But when I made it exactly according to the recipe, I did not really like the result, since the biscuit seemed a little dry. Here I found a biscuit recipe that fits perfectly into this recipe. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=84460.0, and the result suits me completely.

An interesting recipe, you will have to try. Galina, and berries are put in the center of the pie? Or over the entire area, and then they somehow ended up in the middle?
Gala
Zhen, the berries should be put only on the curd layer, which will be on the surface, and then they will go down with it.

Check mark, Thank you. I love easy and quick recipes that lead to a delicious result! She took the recipe away. Only the question arose, but if the layers change in places, is it possible to pour the curd layer down immediately? Maybe then the biscuit will be even more magnificent?
Gala
Elena, maybe you can, but I didn't do that. So it was with the author (and so interesting). You can try.
I think there is some kind of trick here. If you do the opposite, then you may not get such even layers and the berries will scatter in all directions.

The biscuit turns out to be lush, I just deliberately made the biscuit layer smaller.

Galina, to be honest, I am confused by the fact that the berries are all in a bunch in the center. I would like them to be evenly distributed over the entire area. Not all over the cake from top to bottom, but lay them in an even layer and so that they remain in that layer. Will it work? Or do they all the same "flock" to the center?
Alenka212
Thank you. I will definitely try. And what kind of cottage cheese should you take? And do you feel grains in it or should it be whipped until smooth?
Gala
Zhenya, you probably won't be able to distribute the berries evenly over the entire curd layer, because when you pour the curd mass into the biscuit, it immediately begins to sink down and a small island of curd remains at the top, on which the berries are placed. You can probably immerse them a little more so that more berries will enter. And if you put them on top of the biscuit dough, then I don't know what happens in the end. I personally like the little berries in the center.

You can take any cottage cheese you like. In this case, I have it a little grainy, so I wanted it. I made a curd mass and as a soufflé, it also turns out well. Everything is in the mood, and options are possible.

Galya, thanks! As an emergency service, you come to the rescue immediately.

Less than a year (and already about 3 years) came in to say thank you. An excellent recipe, it always turns out, quickly and very tasty - my homemade ones are delighted. Recently, I myself have been making a biscuit from 4 eggs, and add 2 to the cottage cheese (for the sake of economy), it turns out higher, but the taste is the same. I also put the berries "heavier", I didn't like it with strawberries and raspberries (fresh), they remained at the top, and I like them more with sourness. Now I put it with frozen blackberries, and I myself came to write thanks.

Olga, thanks for the report. I'm glad someone is using the recipe. And I haven't done it for a long time. Perhaps we should also do it.
